Renovated apartment on Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

Cozy and very bright 65 m² accommodation, with a large glazed terrace with views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community pool (06/01-09/30), tennis court, ping pong court. , private parking space in the same building, 2 Smart TVs, iron and dryer.

The open-plan ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, street level, commercial name BenidormBooking. If you do not come with a vehicle, you can check-in at the same establishment by previously completing the online check-in.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Great apartment!

The apartment was spacious, very clean & everything was excellent inside. The pool was freezing & the only sunbeds to lay on were very old & dirty.

Everything was good location lovely little apartment When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned, but after we complained, they was right on it and the lovely cleaning ladies done a smashing job.

Great relaxing week with a Totally unnecessary key drop off

Location good, apartment clean tidy and comfortable great views very quiet on a night felt safe and secure when entering the building Quite a distance to pick up and drop off keys especially when your pick up is at 07:00 in the morning do you leave you wife with the cases on her owndrag them to drop off and then drag them back to pick up point a good 20 min round trip, Why you cant just leave keys in apartment and make sure doors closed after you.

We enjoyed our stay, a modern apartment and a central location,

The accommodation was spacious, clean and all appliances we needed were provided The instructions given to us by the key holders to access the underground car parking were sparse at best and wrong in some ways.

Good location , Bit noisy from strip below but understandable Stated on facilities that apartment had hairdryer but didn't, 5 girls definitely needed it , but had every thing else

Good clean apartment in a great location. Front windows take some getting used too. Needs instructions leaving really.

A lovely apartment with all the necessary facilities needed for self catering. Good location with sea views, and a sun trap of a balcony Poor wifi connection, Quite noisy from the bar below during the daytime, but evenings quietened down.

Location..bit noisy at night but to be expected..clean and modern decor ..Great apartments The key pick up and drop off is a bit far far ..we had to get the taxi to divert both ways arrival and departure @10euro each way.

Fantastic Location near to all bars if required but only 10 minuits walk to the old town.

The office was easily accessible, the opening hours were flexible to allow for late collection of keys. The Staff on duty were fantastic with good customer service and spoke multiple languages. Also the member of staff on arrival went the extra mile by not only providing directions to the apartment but walking part of the way with me to ensure I arrived safely at the address.

well looked after nice place to be clean and tidy come to Benidorm 2 times a year back again next year . every thing went good start to finish . we left it the same way as we got it .best place so far but will try and get the same place again. every thing nice clean well looked after property

Great apartment, the only critiscim would be

Great apartment, the only critiscim would be. The pillows are really hard I was afraid to open the glass terrace windows as they looked complicated and i didnt fancy any accidents, maybe some written instructions as they will be needed when the weather is really good and hot. I would definitely stay again,

Great accommodation & location

The apartment is imaculate and is a good size ,we where a group of 5 middle age men and the apartment covered all our needs and I will not hesitate booking it again .The location is very much central but you don&#39t get interrupted when sleeping .And a big thanks to the benidorm booking very helpful from start to finish . nothing .....

Defo be back!

Nice view and in the centre of everything! We absolutely loved the balcony! Super close walk to the beach! All rooms were all spacious. Nice 2 bathrooms Kitchen nice and tidy Also had private parking inside very secure! The only thing we would suggest about parking is maybe to explain it in a video and picture with details. We spent at least 30 min trying to find where it was located and how to get inside 😂! I belive, It can be a little tricky if you are from the UK 🇬🇧 but like I said before.. it is nice and really secure parking once you are in. Thank you to the apartment caretaker who explained it afterwards and walked us thoroughly! Overall, we had a lovely stay! Thankyou Just the WiFi connection issues throughout the holiday. WiFi was very poor! Was trying to put it for some background music and chill 🎶 But nothing major at all!

MARIA DE LAS ME

Empezó complicada.

La ubicación buena. El apartamento cómodo. Los que nos atendieron en recepción muy amables. Tuvimos problemas con las llaves, al llegar no pudimos abrir, bajamos una aplicación que no funcionaba por lo que el primer día no podíamos abrir la puerta del apartamento. Teníamos que llamar a recepción para que lo hicieran. Nos dieron otro juego de llaves al día siguiente. La plaza de garaje complicadísima, para entrar. Es cerrada que muy bien, pero tienen cosas guardadas y nuestro coche es grande, las movimos para poder cerrar.
