The approach to the property is completely private and a beautiful stonework entrance will greet you. The area exterior to the villa is vast and offers a spectacular two-tiered terrace garden with ample space to enjoy the stunning scenery. The upper courtyard has a relaxing lounge area with comfortable seating, along with a fully functioning outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. A dining table for six, along with barstool seating and a mixture of shaded pergolas and exposed sun traps, will leave you utterly spoiled for choice.

The lower tier of the garden offers yet more comfortable lounge furniture, including sun beds, a four-poster daybed, hammock and soft, cushioned recliners.The Villa also offers a luxury 5 person Jacuzzi which allows our guests to experience the height of extravagant opulence. Situated on the lower garden tier with panoramic views of Lindos harbour, what better way to cool down whilst enjoying the hot Mediterranean climate? All of the outdoor space is tastefully designed to compliment the surrounding hillside, including traditional stonework walls and steps, pebbled areas and unobtrusive mood lighting for those balmy evenings. The exterior also benefits from a Dolby Digital surround sound speaker system, two showers, an electronically controlled sun shade and, of course, striking panoramic views of Lindos Bay, the harbour and the Aegean.

Upon entering the property, you will be met with the galley-style kitchen, which oozes character and lends itself to sociable cooking and dining. A large kitchen island, along with exposed whitewashed roof beams, Byzantine-inspired tiles and natural oak panelling, offers a distinct mix of style which is tastefully subtle and yet truly delightful on the eye. The kitchen offers all the modern amenities that you would expect in a high-end luxury villa.

To the left and right of the kitchen are the two double bedrooms - Lindos Acropolis and St. Paul’s Bay - named after two iconic Lindian attractions. Both of the rooms are decorated exquisitely and offer an individual design which is restrained and yet blissfully plush. The attention to detail, such as the sun-bleached rustic furniture, open wardrobes, king-sized beds with COCO-MAT hypoallergenic mattresses, and picture-perfect view across the harbour, provides a simple yet stylish area of calm, privacy and solitude. The muted colour and tones have been chosen specifically to enhance the ambience of the rooms and reflect the natural surroundings, inspired by the Aegean and the natural rock that surrounds the villa. Each bedroom has its own completely private en-suite bathroom designed to the highest specification and offering a polished finish on even the tiniest of details.
