Lovely holiday Villa with private pool , between historic Lindos and Pefcos

The Villa is well equipped with everything that is needed on holiday in this beautiful location . It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac ,perfect for a really chilled and relaxing holiday .The Villa is between two main resorts ,Lindos and Pefkos ,where you will find lovely sandy beaches and an abundance of Restaurants and Bars to choose from .
Arriving at the front of the Villa you will enter a really pretty garden with grass areas and Olive trees ,a stone BBQ ,outdoor shower and private swimming pool with 6 sunbeds which can be positioned along the raised pathway down the side of the pool or on the patio with a covered Pergola .
The villa is equipped for outdoor living .The patio area has seating area of 6 chairs and coffee table and an additional table which can be erected for Dining outside .

The front of the villa can be entered by two sets of patio doors , one going into the open plan kitchen area equipped with Oven ,hob , Fridge/freezer ,washing machine and toaster . There is also a table and chairs for 6 people .
The 2nd patio doors lead into an open plan lounge with small TV and integral DVD player . This level has a WC and hand basin . Stairs lead down to the lower level ,to bedroom 2 where there is a King size bed ,bedroom and fitted wardobes with a door leading out to a small lower garden.Bedroom 3 is a Twin Bed, bedroom with double wardrobe . This level has a family bathroom with WC Bath/Shower and Vanity basin .
From the Lounge on the Ground level you can walk up the stairs to bedroom 1 ,with a double bed and wardrobe which leads out through patio doors onto the veranda /rooftop with views to The Famous Navarone Bay in the distance and also to the beautiful mountains to the rear of the property.

All rooms have air conditioning and Towels are provided ,including some beach towels .

There is a Greek Government tourist tax of 10 euros a day included in the summary of charges .
