Typical farmhouse with annexe, recently restructured and complete with every luxury, with a total area of 180 sq. m., holding up to 8 persons with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The private swimming pool is in a panoramic position surrounded by large outdoor areas which, together with a beautiful shaded pergola for relaxing moments complete with barbecue, create the essence of a relaxing holiday.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool
Casa Belmonte is surrounded by a garden with olive trees, cypresses, flowers and fruit trees with a splendid view of the surrounding vineyards. Right in front of the main entrance, there is a furnished pergola with a dining table and chairs for outdoor meals, as well as a stonework barbecue. From here you can see a great view of the typical hilly area around the property. A staircase leads slightly down to the private swimming pool with a great panoramic view, complete with a Roman staircase and measuring 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.2-2.2 metres. All around is a paved bathing area with sunbeds, outdoor shower with cold water and a shaded gazebo complete with wicker living area and ping pong table. Parking is inside the property.Interior
The farmhouse is made up of a main house on two floors and a separate apartment on one floor. The main house has a living room with satellite TV, CD player and large fireplace, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and dining table in a corner in rustic style, and a bathroom with shower complete with washing machine. The first floor has a double bedroom with a canopy bed from the beginning of the 1900s, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The separate apartment has a living/dining room with cooking area and fireplace, a canapy double bedroom and a twin bedded room, each with a bathroom with shower and typical high windows.

Location
Casa Belmonte is in the Tuscan countryside, in the heart of the Sienese Chianti. All around are vineyards and olive groves. It is a quiet position with a great view of the surrounding houses and farms.

The villa has WiFi, central heating, high chair, hair dryer and parking within the property.

Services
The price includes bathroom, bedroom, kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), internet, electricity, water and gas, high chair and final cleaning. Upon request and to be paid for at the house are dinners, hired help, cookery courses, babysitter, wine and oil tastings, horse rides and other excursions.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Check-in between 4-7pm. Only small animals are permitted. Behind the house and on one side there are 2 other houses (one is the owner’s home), each with separate entrances and complete privacy.Activities and Distances
