The villa in Chianti (400 m2) was built in the early 16th century as an ancient oratory. In 1876 it underwent its first transformation into a farmhouse and only today, thanks to a skilful restoration project that brought the structure back to its original beauty, a country villa rental has been created. The house is situated inside a large property which covers an area of about 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti in a peaceful and panoramic position amidst the vineyards and gently rolling hills of Chianti Classico (350 m a.s.l.) between Siena and Florence. At guests’ disposal garden and equipped outdoor areas, equipped loggia (barbecue), irregular-shaped enclosed swimming pool (7x14) (01/05-13/10), toilette/changing room. Included in the price 2 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Friday included, baby bed (to be requested when booking). To request at the moment of booking and to be paid on the spot: domestic help extra hours, cook. It is possible to purchase the estate produce. Possibility of guided tasting tours of the medieval cellar with wine and olive oil produced on the estate. Laundry room (washing machine). Parking.
