Nearly 7000 square feet of sheer lakefront luxury with 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths (5 master suites), game rooms, flat screen TV's, endless lake toys, and priceless wide water mountain views! This fenced in, gated property boasts a pointe lot with nearly 600 feet of water frontage and over an acre of hardwood trees adding to the beauty and secluded feel. Crystal clear deep waters encompass our large, oversized, luxury dock with abundant covered and open deck space.

House:Nearly 7000 square feet of luxurious construction planned specifically to be a lakefront paradise. There are 7 spacious bedrooms with 6.5 baths, including 5 master suites. All bedrooms have amazing lake views with almost all of them having private doors opening directly onto decks with spectacular, majestic views of the lake and mountains! Multiple common areas with flat screen TVs as well as game rooms, complete with billiards, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, skee ball, and other games! Relax on our numerous decks with wide water views down our peaceful cove accented by a breathtaking mountain backdrop!

Land: Our pointe lot boasts nearly 600 feet of waterfront in a peaceful cove but with simultaneous wide water and mountain views. The entire property is fenced and gated for privacy. Furthermore, there are beautiful hardwood trees on the lot, trimmed for unobstructed views of the water but providing you with complete privacy from neighbors.

Waterfront and Dock: The water in this part of the lake is clear....crystal clear! Our dock is massive and luxurious. There is ample covered and open space for everyone. Waters surrounding the dock are deep.

Have kids?: no problem! So do we! You will not find a more kid friendly rental! Fully stocked toy room provides toys for your kids so everyone enjoys their vacation more! Grab one of our fishing rods and let your youngster catch his/her first fish! High chair provided. Take our kiddie pool down to the lake so all ages can enjoy the water!

Indoor entertainment: worried about rainy days? We have you covered! Game rooms with ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, poker/card tables, pool table, and skee ball! Numerous flat screen hd tvs with dvd, blue ray, cable tv, wi-fi internet. We also fitness equipment with workout mats and elliptical trainer!

Outdoor entertainment: Everything you need to enjoy magnificient SML and our beautiful property--canoe, kayak, paddleboat, horseshoes, ladder toss, 2 cornhole sets with bags, fishing rods with hooks/lures/bobbers, picnic table, dock chairs, bocce ball set, noodles, floats and other water toys.

Meals: What is a stay at the lake without cooking out? Furthermore, our dream kitchen overlooking the lake is stocked with just about every possible appliance and accessory to whip up tasty food to enhance your week of relaxation! (Keurig K cup, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, blender, can openers, wine openers, baking dishes, pots, pans, flatware and dishes for 20, etc.)

Fishing: Interested in landing Sml's legendary citation stripers? We have arrangements with some of the lake's premier striper guides just for you! Some have agreed to consider discounts and dockside pick up for our guests. Head out to reel in fish for fun, dinner, or even to mount on your wall! Or, just fish right off our large dock or 600 feet of waterfrontage! Fishing rods are provided.

Misc: Owner's personal guide to enjoying your stay at SML--everything from the best skiing/wakeboarding coves to waterfront dining and restaurant reviews to wineries to tourist/vacation activities! The secrets to getting the most out of your vacation are all there! Complete with maps, brochures, and coupons! We are also fully available to you up to and throughout your stay to insure that you get the most out of your SML visit! We promise it will be a memorable stay!
