Private, Wooded Oasis, Completely Remodeled, Minutes from Granite Peak Ski Area!

The property greets you with a 600' private driveway through tall pines on each side including a white fence down the entire drive. This is a very secluded, private haven for you and your family, but don't worry, you are only minutes away from Granite Peak Ski Area, restaurants, grocery stores, and all of downtown Wausau. Aspirus' huge YMCA is only a block down the road and has an Olympic size swimming pool as well as full basketball courts, and fitness areas among many other amenities.

The home was purchased in 2017 and completely remodeled top to bottom to give it an updated feel. All furniture was purchased brand new. Beautiful hickory wood flooring in both levels of the house. Smart Wifi TV's in every room along with a internet /cable package. High-speed Wifi (60Gb) allows you to enjoy a working vacation if that is what is required. DVD player available for the newest Redbox releases.

The main floor living room has a very comfortable couch, loveseat and chair with ottoman. There is a large 65' curved 4K resolution TV to give a movie-theatre feel to the room.

In the kitchen you will find full service for 16 total guests. The kitchen is outfitted with all the pots and pans, mixing bowls, serving bowls, cooking and serving utensils as well as leftover containers. There is a popcorn popper, coffee maker, blender, crock-pots, toaster and wine opener.

At the kitchen counter-top there is seating for three and the dining room table has seating for six (eight when using the bench). There is also the option for pulling in the small table from the playroom if you need additional seating for four small children. A high-chair is available for use.

In the main-floor playroom you will find an assortment of toys, books, even a tee-pee. These items will ensure the kids will be comfortable and enjoy the home as much as you will.

Main floor master has king bed as well as a twin over twin bunk bed. All mattresses and bedding are brand new. Huge glass patio door allows you to enjoy wildlife viewing while relaxing in bed in the morning. Wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV allows for lazy mornings. His and hers closets and two dressers ensures there is plenty of space for your belongings.

Laundry room is located on the main level and has a new large-capacity top-loading washer (cavernous) and large-capacity dryer for all of your laundering needs. This room has a heater just above boot height to help dry out your boots after skiing Granite Peak. There is also a coat rack for drying out your snow gear.

There are two bathrooms in the house, one on the main floor and one upstairs. There are towels for eight people in each bathroom.

The upstairs gameroom has an air hockey table and assorted games in the closet to keep the kids of all ages entertained.

We also have a double twin over full bunk room, queen bedroom and very large upstairs master with huge walk-in closet. Again, all rooms have both cable and smart TV options.
