The Robin (The Robin) is an easily accessible ground floor apartment with kitchen / sitting room / dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower-box and cloak room. The apartment can host up to 5 people (double room with lake view, second bedroom with 2 singles) with all modern comforts. Situated in Pella 100 meters from Lake Orta, with pleasant garden for guests, the appartement is accessible by car and was completed in 2015 with first class materials to underline the Italian style. The kitchen has a 4-ring gas cooker, fan-oven, micro-wave oven, fridge / freezer and is complete with cutlery, plates, glasses, pans and cooking equipment. The dining room / sitting room is complete with dining table plus 6 chairs, 3-seater sofa-bed and armchair. The bedrooms are furnished with bedside tables, mirror, wardrobe and bedding is supplied. Bathroom furnishing includes washbasin, WC, bidet and shower-box, hairdryer and towels. A vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron and ironing-board, detergents and cleaning products can be found in the cloakroom The apartment has WI-FI connection and independent floor heating. The apartment with lake view, is complete with table, chairs and parasol. Pets are welcome. In fact you will be able to enjoy your own frendly dog ​​and our two curious cats. Free car parking at 100 meters. Ferry stop, restaurant, pizzeria, ice-cream parlor, 2 bars, corner-shop and hairdresser's can be found in the picturesque village of Pella at just 10 minutes on foot, while bank, post office, doctor, chemist's and supermarkets at 5 minutes by car. The recently completed lake promenade offers a pleasant walk surrounded by wonderful views and leads to the public beaches.

Holiday in Pella

Pleasant stay, good wetter and nice owners of the house. A few minutes walk to Lake orta, to the village also a few minutes. The owners are very helpful and provide you info were to go for places to visit

Great!

The appt is very nice and clean with everything you need. Its not on the lake but close to the lake. 5 minutes from a nice bar and a place where you can swim. 10 minuts to the center where you can find a few good restaurants, a shop/pizzeria, the boat to the other places. Catherine and Gianni are very nice hosts and very helpfull. Pella is relaxed and beautiful. Thanks!

We had a beautiful stay at Catherine Gianni's house. The house is clean and tidy and supplied of everything you may need, it's not big but more than enough for a family of 4, the external little garden is for sure a plus. A 3 minutes walk takes to the lakeside and to the village of Pella that actually doesn't offer a lot but is quiet and pleasant, from there you can utilize boat services that connect all the villages on the lake and the island. Parking is not a problem, it's easy to find a free one near the house but in the worst case you can utilize the big parking lot near the lake at a reasonable fee. Hosts are kind and available to support for each and every need of the client.

Eine superschöne Wohnung, Terasse mit Seeblick, alles da was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Bequemes Bett, schönes Bad mit Regendusche, viel Platz zum Verstauen der eigenen Sachen. Catherine und Gianni sind supernette Gastgeber, die sich um alles kümmern und den Gästen ein gutes Gefühl und viele Infos geben. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal an beide, wir hatten einen tollen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Pella und kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder.

Es ist eine Ferienwohnung, kein Ferienhaus. Leider gab es keinen einzigen Kleiderschrank o.ä um Sachen aufhängen zu können. Keine Bügel. Relativ dunkel und ein Schlafzimmer hatte kein Tageslicht.

Dear Simone and Mimi, Gianni and I are unpleasently surprised with the review we have just found. More effective communication would have been appropriate, apparently. I, Catherine, asked you every time I saw you if you had everything you needed and if all was fine. I did not ask you every single day, I admit, hoping to be respectful of your privacy. As far as the windows and lighting are concerned, the second bedroom has a high window for natural light and air circulation, so it is not correct to say there is none. All the other windows, French windows and shutters are to be opened at the discretion of the guests, allowing more or less natural light and heat in. I am presuming you turned the the electric lighting dimmer low, by mistake, in the daytime area, if you are compaining about the artificial lighting there. I always leave it on the maximum. Communication would have solved the problem. There are 10 hangers in the main bedroom for clothes; I apologise for there being none in the second bedroom. I will act accordingly. However, no one, in 7 years, has had a problem with this so far. Communication, again. Vacation Home (American English), and Holiday Home (British English) are synonymous as far as I know. Perhaps you have experience in the field of tourism which I do not have and could explain the difference to me. Yours sincerely, Catherine Catherine

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Catherine und Gianni sind sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Uhrzeit unserer Ankunft konnten wir individuell mit Ihnen besprechen.In der Wohnung fehlt es wirklich an nichts, es gibt ausreichend Stauraum, sowohl in den Schlafzimmern als auch in der Küche. Diese und das Bad sind perfekt ausgestattet für einen Aufenthalt!Wenn man morgens die Fensterläden öffnet, hat man sowohl vom Schlafzimmer als auch vom Wohnbereich aus einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den See! Die Fotos in der Annonce seien aus, als wäre das Haus unmittelbar am See gelegen. Dies ist nicht so, doch es sind nur 100 m Fußweg bis zum See.Catherine und Gianni sind wirklich äußerst liebenswert und sehr aufmerksam. Darüber hinaus sind sie sehr bemüht, dass es ihren Gästen jederzeit an nichts fehlt.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Ortasee

Die Kommunikation mit Catherine und Gianni lief bereits im Vorfeld hervorragend. Jede Frage würde beantwortet, und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es gibt hochwertige Mückennetze an allen Fenstern. In dem bequemen Bett konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Auch die Dusche ist sehr gut.Da wir heißes Sommerwetter hatten, waren wir froh, dass die Sonne nur vormittags auf der Terrasse war. So konnten wir sie auch abends nutzen.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. In 5 Minuten ist man an einem kleinen Strand mit einer tollen Strandbar.Pella ist insgesamt nicht so touristisch wie z. B. Orta. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Es gibt eine fantastische Eisdiele. Zum Einkaufen eignet sich der Alimentari in Alzo gut, oder die Supermärkte in San Maurizio d' opaglii.Bis zur Anlegestation der Fähre sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.Bei allen Fragen konnten wir uns an Catherine und Gianni wenden. Insgesamt sind die Wohnung und der Ort Pella sehr zu empfehlen!

Très bon séjour à Pella

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour tout près du lac et du petit village de Pella. L’accueil s’est très bien passé, logement bien équipé et très agréable, draps et serviettes fournis. Plein de balades à pied à faire et bien sûr des baignades. Seul petit bémol, un wifi un peu capricieux, si c’est important Pour vous !

Mooi!

We hebben een prachtige tijd beleefd! Het appartement had alles wat het moest hebben: grote kamers, voldoende ruimte en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Alsook een aangenaam terras, die op het warmste van de dag in de schaduw lag. Bij ons ideaal, want de zon was paraat. Als er iets was, konden we altijd bij Catherine en Gianni aankloppen: 2 prachtige, lieve mensen. Het appartement ligt op 5 minuten wandelen van het prachtige Lago d'Orta, op 10 minuten van de steiger en strandjes (wel veel stenen, zowel in als uit het water). Wees wel voorbereid, want terug naar het appartement wandelen houdt een pittige klim in. We zouden hier zeker terugkomen! Dankuwel Catherine en Gianni (en Achille)!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt am Orta-See

Wir haben die Zeit am Orta-See in Pella sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich (für vier Erwachsene etwas klein), die Terasse ist toll mit Blick auf den See, der Weg zum See wirklich kurz. Super, dass an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze sind! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.

Praktische Familienferienwohnung

Der eigene Gartenbereich ist mit einem Garten gut abgetrennt. Die Kinder konnten sich auf dem Gartensitzplatz selbständig bewegen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und verfügt über eine wohnungsinterne Waschmaschine. Auch die schöne Dusche war ein Hightlight. Wir konnten mit den Kindern zu Fuss an den See und genossen die Ferienzeit in Pella sehr!

Though we ourselves, were away during our guests' stay, the little we saw of them gave us the impression that we would enjoy having them again as guests. They seemed to appreciate the structure and having the occasional chat. It is nice to meet such a repaxed family.

Alles prima!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in toller Lage bei sehr netten Gastgebern Catherine und Gianni. Man ist sehr schnell am See. Eine Einlegestelle (war praktisch für SUPs) und ein kleiner Strand mit Kiosk liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein paar Schritte weiter kann man in die Fähre zusteigen. Zu den größeren Stränden im Süden kann man auch gut paddeln, im Zentrum ist man ebenfalls schnell. Um Brot oder ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu kaufen, muss man ein paar Höhenmeter nach Alzo laufen, Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt, z.B. in Gozzano. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren äusserst zuvorkommend und haben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgerüstet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Einziger kleiner Makel sind die zahlreichen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, welche oft bellen. Der Hund der Vermieter ist gut erzogen und hat keine Probleme gemacht.

Entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub in Italien

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Gefehlt hat uns nichts! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit! Die Lage im Ort ist gut, das Geschäft, die Pizzeria, die Eisbar und die Bootsanlegestelle sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man kann schöne Ausflüge mit dem Boot unternehmen .

Magnifique location dans un joli village au bord du lac d'Orta

Des propriétaires très discrets et très gentils. Une attention particulière à notre arrivée qui fut très appréciée. Un logement propre, bien situé et calme. Le glacier sur le petit port est extra et nous nous sommes régalés au restaurant l'imbarcadero. Bien reçu partout ou nous sommes allés. Assez peu de touristes en ce mois d'octobre. A découvrir ... vraiment.

Sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen haben wir uns in unserem Feriendomizil sofort wohlgefühlt. Mitten in einem kleinen italienischen Dorf gelegen - ohne den sonst üblichen touristischen Trubel - genießt man die Ausblicke, die Wandermöglichkeiten und den nahe gelegenen See mit Bademöglichkeit. Im Dorf gibt es einen Laden, Pizzerien, ein Eiscafe und eine schöne Bar am Fährbootanleger - mit diesem ist man in kurzer Zeit in Orta san Guilio, ein hübscher Ort zum Bummeln. Die Ferienwohnung ist wohnlich ausgestattet und bietet (fast) alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt ("fast" deshalb, weil wir lediglich Haken als Aufhängemöglichkeit für Handtücher, Bekleidung ... in Bad und Schlafraum vermisst haben). Unser Lieblingsort war natürlich die sonnige Terasse! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung mit Gartensitzplatz

Eine kleine Wohnung, die aber alles bietet, was es braucht. Das Kinderschlafzimmer ist ziemlich dunkel (nur kleines Fenster). Bei schönem Wetter waren wir aber sowieso selten drinnen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön gestaltet mit einer Regendusche. In der Küche gibt es einen Gaskochherd und einen elektrischen Backofen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Sie hatten schon für unser Frühstück eingekauft und uns immer wieder von ihrem Gemüse aus dem Garten gebracht. Sie haben uns auch bei Fragen immer weiter geholfen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Haus der Vermieter (aber gut abgetrennt). Es gibt einen Hund, das das Feriendomizil bewacht und auch die Gäste jeweils begrüsst. Die Wohnung ist zusätzlich mit einer Alarmanlage gesichert.

Pella - Les 3premiers jours des Vacances

Très bel appartement dans une maison tout près du lac Proche du centre de Pella Départ idéal pour des randonnées a pied. Nous y avons séjourné les trois premiers jours de nos vacances. Hôtes très sympathiques et discrets. Merci à Gianni qui nous a accueilli et très bien renseigné. Très bonne adresse.
