Final cleaning costs € 50 mandatory and € 200 security deposit to be paid on arrival fully refundable on departure.
Municipal tourist tax € 0.50 per night per person, does not apply to children under the age of six.
After your booking, a copy of the lease will be sent to you.

The apartment consists of a bright livable kitchen facing the garden, well equipped and functioning with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, a large living room, two comfortable rooms and an equipped bathroom. 5 people can be accommodated with the possibility of adding a playpen for children up to 5 years. In the garden there is a comfortable and sheltered space for breakfast, lunches and relaxation provided you will find 2/3 bicycles at your disposal.

The house is located in Suna in a quiet residential area on the charming Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore, a few steps from the lakeside promenade, the beach, the well-equipped communal swimming pool with beach and tennis courts. The village is served by a comfortable and well-stocked oven with a grocery store, pharmacy, newsagent, tobacconist and florist, and popular bars, restaurants and trendy pizzerias, so much so as to be called the Saint Tropez of Verbania. Less than 5 minutes away two large supermarkets. A short distance from the lakeside promenade, where the rental station for bicycles managed by the municipality and the bus stop is located, leads to nearby Pallanza where you can find the embarkation point for the wonderful gulf of the Borromean islands, the renowned botanical garden Villa Taranto. and in 8 minutes you get to Intra.
The Continental Verbania Golf Course is 10 minutes away by car and the Golf des IIes Borromee and the historic Alpine Golf are 20 minutes away.
