The paradise home was just steps from the ocean away. The Ft Myers Beach Home was 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom. The new Pool was just built! Views of the Gulf of Mexico water from the Patio. This home was with level 5 granite and stainless appliances in the kitchen. Ductless A/C system in the home. Huge enclosed front porch for that Key West Style. Courtyard in front of home to sit and view the Gulf. Spacious oversized backyard w swimming pool. At the end of the street, access to the Bay. Short distance to Pier, shops, restaurants, etc. Great location for this unique Island retreat!

    Perfect Spot Mid Island

    We have stayed here before and we’re excited to be able to return. Minutes from the beach and a wonderful pool in the back. Very happy with our stay.

    Had a lovely time. Great location and cute little house. The peaceful backyard pool area and screened in front porch with beautifully landscaped courtyard were perfect. Did not want to leave!

    Get away to paradise.

    Was very surprised with cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Owner stopped by to make sure everything was perfect and it was. We had an amazing week. Weather was spectacular (second week od June). Pool was clean, amazing kitchen with all the essentials, washer and dryer, dishwasher. Property was 2 minute walk to beach and pleanty of towels and beach toys are there. Gas bbq grill and front courtyard was perfect and secluded. Definitely recommend renting this property.

    Very nice and comfortable

    House is clean, bright and comfortable. Pool is absolutely fantastic! Private, perfectly heated and spotless (pool guy showed up every Thursday and scrubbed it). It was just amazing. Kitchen was obviously new and beautiful. Really nice seating area out front screened from the road so feels private. The house was very clean and check in was seamless when we arrived. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all communications. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

    The over never work and so we were not able to cook much. The pots had rust in the bottom.

    Property was nice, I wish there was exit out to pool. The home only had one exit.

    Phenomenal Home

    Excellent property, the rooms were perfect, and the kitchen was wonderful and the backyard pool is excellent & private. Close 2 block walk to the beach, and the host provided us with beach chairs & toys for the kids. Excellent! Would stay again.

    Nice house and pool. Great location

    We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was great-very clean and a nice size for 2 adults and two teenagers. Our favorite part was the screened in porch where we ate most of our meals and watched the lizards and iguanas in the trees. Close to the beach but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very nice and stopped by to make sure we were settling in OK. Love FMB!

    We loved the house the pool was wonderful and private the 3 bedrooms however were very small and hard to get into the closets. Loved the kitchen

    Great location & pool

    We loved the mid island location & The inground private pool in backyard! Pool guy came 1 to 2 times weekly. The house had everything we needed, & well equipped kitchen! The beach was a quick 2-3 blocks away! Michael was great to work with & even had a new gas grill delivered after the original gas grill on property did not work. We stayed the entire month of February. Would love to come back next year but the house is already booked for February 2023! If you have a chance to stay here you should take advantage it!

    Pleasant stay, lovely property

    Stayed for a week in January 2022 with friends. Overall, wonderful stay, and would certainly book again. Great location, less than 5 minute walk to beach. Pool is great. The weather was slightly cool the week we were there, so having a heated pool was really nice when the beach was too cool or too windy. . 3 bedrooms were all nice, and beds were comfortable. Middle bedroom is a bit smaller than the rest, but still had a queen bed, and was certainly serviceable when we had a friend stop by for an overnight stay with us. 2 bathrooms, nice for our 2 couples. The stacked laundry set is pretty small capacity, but works well...having the laundry right in the unit is a big plus! We did use the grill, and it worked without issue. Full disclosure...we did have issues getting in when we got there. A code had been sent to us, but the code didn't work, and it took a while to get ahold of the property manager. Then, when we DID get in, found out the the apartment hadn't been cleaned. But, by this time, we had contact information, and called the propertly manager. The owner called us back right away, and a cleaning person was sent over within minutes (and this on a Saturday night!). We went out for dinner, by the time we got back, it was clean and looked great. Owner stopped by the next day, and made it right with us. Owner was outstanding, very helpful, and was a pleasure to work with. Property is quite nice, lots of room for the 4 of us with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well-equipped, with all of the essentials for cooking, and all of the appliances we used worked fine. Neighborhood was pleasant, street was quiet. Grocery store is about 8 blocks south, the beach "city center" is maybe a little over a mile to the north. Although we didn't personally use the trolley, the trolley stop is less than a block away as well, and it does seem to run pretty reqularly. Really, except for the minor issues when we first arrived, we had a wonderful time, and we would have no hesitation about booking the property again next time we're down that way. It left a very pleasant and favorable impression on us!

    We had an awesome vacation at this property. The house and the pool were great. Would love to come back again. The house is very well stock with all the kitchen essentials.

    Mid Island home across street from beach

    Enjoyed our stay. Across street from beach but had close access through to beach. Other end of street was the bay with dock. Some of residents were fishing. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice. Rental was clean. Bedrooms little smaller than expected. Not much room to store luggage & still be able to get around bed. Had few issues but Michael has book with # of whom to call. Issues resolved without too much of inconvenience. Michael came by for visit. Very friendly & easy to work with. Any questions were answered within 24 hours or less per emails. Has office connected to house but no one there when we rented. Not a problem. Rented golf cart for 3 days to get around island. Also trolley for transportation if you don’t want to rent a car. Would rent again if ever in area.

    Property Manager or Owner? Who's Running This Place?

    This was our family's fourth trip to Fort Myers Beach. We would have stayed in the same place but unfortunately, our family outgrew it. So we went with a home that had a third bedroom. What a mistake. The first communication with the Property Manager was wonderful. They were responsive to a small pool issue we had the first day and sent us a code for the front door long before we arrived to gain access to the home. However, while we were there, the owner got involved. More on that in a bit. When we first arrived, we realized you can't just walk out the back of the home to the pool. Instead, you have to walk out the front of the place, turn left, walk down the path, open the gate (that must be closed at all times) and enter the pool area. The pool is gorgeous complete with a precariously set up basketball hoop weighed down by a leftover pool tile. The seating area around the pool is covered with glorious rocks. Imagine how hot those rocks get if your feet are uncovered. Now, couple that with how difficult they are to walk on. Then there's the monster umbrella that you can open up to give you and those around you some cover from the sun. However, that thing was blown over one day while we were away. You'd think something that costs over $1,000 would be anchored with more than a few sandbags but it wasn't. Luckily we weren't sitting under it when it finally bit the dust. So we went the last few days of the trip without the umbrella. When we finally decided to go into the house, the rooms, man, the rooms. I hope you enjoy big beds in tiny rooms, because 2 out of three rooms afford you just enough space to lay down and shimmy when you need to get out. The hallway to get to the bedrooms is so tight you best watch your elbows. The closet space in the master bedroom is beyond laughable complete with hangars that won't actually fit into the space. The master bathroom has a door that leads to nowhere (more on that later) and a soaking tub that with a faucet where you're supposed to lay your head. The worst part is the meddling of the owner. My family arrived home one day to a note asking me to call him, and then the next day showed up unannounced to use his office. Remember the door to nowhere? There's a door in front of the house where he'll stop by to take care of his business. Not sure why the owner interjected himself when he pays a Property Manager to do the job. We won't be back, but the house does have a really nice kitchen.

    Would stay again

    Enjoyed the heated pool and pool area the most although a little inconvenient with only access through side gate. Location is very short walk to beach access and also Publix and a beach restaurant are only half mile away. Well equipped and clean inside. A few items need some maintenance especially on outside but they didn’t interfere with a very nice stay. Would definitely stay there again if Fort Myers Beach is my destination.

    Fint hus men... enligt annonsen finns 8 bäddar, i verkligheten finns bara 6 bäddar (vi bokade för 8 personer). Husvärden erbjöd en uppblåsbar madrass att lägga på golvet för barnen!! Poolen är jättefin men... det finns ingen direkt utgång från huset. Opraktiskt då man får använda huvudingången, låsa och gå runt huset. Krångligt när man är 8 personer. Detta informeras inte om i annonsen.

    Great location, would stay here again

    We were a group of 6 adults and the layout worked perfect for us. The landscaping around the property makes the home feel very private. Beach access was a quick five minute walk and for the times we were not on the beach, the pool in the backyard was perfect, with great seclusion. The home had everything we needed including the cruiser bikes and beach stuff.

    We truly enjoyed our stay .

    Loved the house. Ate breakfast in the front terrace everyday. Walked the beach to a great restaurant, Groceries and everything you need is very close. Was very surprised to see everything was so new. Great kitchen to work in. Enjoyed the pool every day. It is very private. Great dock at end of street to watch boats and fish.

    Perfection!!

    Our recent stay in this home was amazing!! It was pristine and literally had everything you could need. The pool and area to layout are paradise!! The screened in front porch was a perfect spot for breakfasts. The beach is steps away. We made a lot of great memories on this trip and this perfect pad played a large role in that!!

    My family had the most relaxing time.

    We love this home. It was close to the beach and downtown. Having the big, clean pool in the backyard was great fun! The house is clean and has everything we needed for our week stay.
