Located in downtown Ketchum, this 2005 condo is next door to movie theaters and within a block of some of Ketchum's most well-known restaurants. It is easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, coffee shops and the core of downtown. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two living areas, an upstairs downstairs and a parking garage it is a beautiful, peaceful space in which to spend snowy days and nights or use as a starting point for summer adventures. One mile to River Run Day Lodge at the bottom of Baldy and less than that if walking, the condo is ideally located for easy access to bike trails, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, and hiking.

This is truly a wonderful home. It is immaculate and well appointed. The location is excellent. No need for a car. You are two short blocks from the shuttle bus and the bus is 3 stops/5 min to the mountain. You can walk to everything in town as all the restaurants are within 5-8min. The host couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating and it feels like she has shared her home as opposed to rented you a condo. It truly exceeded expectations which is something that you don’t often say about most things.

Sun Valley stay

We had a great stay, we came for the World Cup Final ski event and it was fantastic. The location of the house was perfect and we all felt that we had plenty of space to have our own space. The kitchen was completely stocked, which was appreciated. We will definitely return!

Highly recommend - very comfortable.

This is an excellent choice for a stay in the area. It is two blocks from the bus and a short ride to the mountain, and, walking distance from two grocery stores and many restaurants. Despite being a corner unit with half on the ground floor, it is very quiet. Lots of comfortable seating options and the kitchen is very well appointed. It does not have the sterile feeling of many rental condos - it's like being in a home. It may be off-putting to some because the owners' items can be found throughout, but we appreciated the atmosphere and were very comfortable. Only one parking spot, which can be challenging in winter when street parking is not allowed, but it is in a garage,no snow to clear off! Will stay again for sure.

This condo is perfect. 2 blocks from the shuttle to River Run Lodge and walking distance to everything in town. Very well stocked! A must stay if you are in the area.

Awesome space for Families!

I never write reviews but Pam's place was so great for my wife and I and our 3 kids and their spouses. it was fully equipped with everything we needed and the location was great. We also had our almost 18 month old grandchild and she even provided a makeshift high chair and porta crib. We attended the film festival in addition to skiing and it was a two block walk. I would highly recommend staying here. We plan to come back next year!

Beautiful nicely located spacious condo

Nicely appointed. And centrally located. Plenty of room. Four of us each had separate bedrooms with individual baths. Layout allowed each family member to retire on their own schedule without disturbing others in the group. Especially good as we came in from opposite coasts with our own time frames

Perfect Week in Ketchum

This house was in a perfect location for our family’s stay in Ketchum. The home was perfect. It was clean well stocked and everyone had plenty of space. The homeowner was very easy to reach if we had any questions. We will definitely rent this property again.

Amazing condo in the best central Ketchum location!

The condo was perfect for our extended family group! Our experience surpassed expectation and we found the condo to truly be a luxurious vacation home with great walkability to all of Ketchum. The 2 downstairs bedrooms and TV were perfect for our young adult sons (who also appreciated the weights!). The patio, with a gas fireplace, heaters and mountain view, was my favorite spot for early morning and evening relaxing. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. Pam was an amazing host who stayed in touch and was responsive. We loved our stay and hope to return! Highlights were hiking, golfing, and a whitewater float trip!

Great condo and location

This condo is in a great spot in the middle of town. So everything is very walkable. The town bus is a couple blocks away as well. The unit is very spacious and has an extra living area downstairs to accommodate large groups. Pam is very nice and responsive with inquiries. We would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Home in the Perfect Location

I stayed in this beautiful four-bedroom, two-story condo in downtown Ketchum for a week-long ski trip to Sun Valley. The home was clean, beautifully-appointed and within walking distance of all of the major restaurants and shops of Ketchum. There is a grocery store two blocks away that made it even more convenient. River Run Lodge (one of the two main entryways to Baldy, the ski mountain) is just a two-minute drive from the condo. As there are only, perhaps, four or five other units in the condo building, I didn't see any other people there during my entire stay. There is also a very clean, well-lit, locked garage under the building. As there are very few (if any) ski-in, ski-out units for rent in Sun Valley, I found this condo to be in the perfect location for our ski trip. The owner could not have been more accessible, responsive and helpful. I am very familiar with Sun Valley, and in fact, owned a house there for many years, and I feel that I am well-qualified to give this wonderful condo my very highest recommendation. I hope to be able to stay there again next season.
