Quinta Courela das Aguinhas, a new villa set in peaceful ,panoramic location

Quinta courela das aguinhas is a large new villa that is divided into two .The one half is the holiday holiday villa.The owners live on site in the adjoining house. We respect your privacy but are on hand if needed. It is painted in the Portuguese White and yellow.
The kitchen , dinning room and lounge is open plan and has traditional alentejo high wooden ceilings. Two patio doors lead out on to a covered terrace.All the windows have shutters. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conviences .
There is a private 10m- 5m swimming pool. Surrounded by a large terrace.
There are three bedrooms at the back of the house ,two double rooms one with ensuite the 3rd bedroom has 2 single and bunk beds and has on ensuite that is accessible from the bedroom or the hall.
There are outside tables and chairs for alfresco eating , wether it's breakfast outside watching the sun rise or at night chilling out watching the stars twinkling in the sky after a day relaxing by the pool..There are outside lights and pool lights if you fancy a night swim
The villa also has its own lake on the land as well as it being home to the ducks and geese frequent visitors are the nesting storks and a heron.
