Wonderful 1Br 1st floor condo on the bay side with private
Gulf side beach access! This condo has a full kitchen with everything you could want. There is also a 42' flat screen tv in the living room. It has a leather sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed with a full dresser and a tv. The bathroom has a tub/shower. There is a nice little front porch where you can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful weather. There is also a fenced in back porch area for privacy. Enjoy the community pool, community grilling area, fishing pier, bocci ball, and relaxing grass area to sit back and watch all the boats go by. The people here a very friendly. There's a real community spirit here.
The complex will not allow pets, motorcycles, trailers, or RV's of any type.

The owner Joe was fantastic to work with. He even reached out to us on our first day to make sure we liked the condo and to see if we had any questions. The location is wonderful and Peggy who keeps the grounds looking beautiful is terrific. Can't wait to return.

Perfect location

The condo was located on the Bay side and only a few minutes to walk to the private beach on the ocean side. It was very clean and the people were very friendly. It was quiet, peaceful and so relaxing! I highly recommend staying here and hope to return again next year!

Unfortunately the weather was terrible, very cold and raining. However, we did use the trolley and enjoyed the restaurants on Midnight Pass. The condo was very clean, great hot water and good location.

The property was clean and well organized. It was stocked with several added amenities. Extra pillows and blankets for added comfort. The bed was a super comfy king with plenty of room. If was perfect for my and daughter to enjoy our vacation. 100% would book again!

Loved it!!!

Joe was a great host! The unit was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Including beach chairs, beach towels, sun screen and a cute note and chocolates to greet us. The beach is just a short walk across the street. We also loved the pool on the bay. We saw dolphins swimming there every morning when we walked down with our coffee to watch the sunrise and enjoyed dinner there as well. The self service grills are really nice. Peggie sue keeps the pool sparkling clean and at a perfect temp. We also really enjoyed being able to get on the trolley or frog hop right out front.. I definitely recommend! We will be back!

Great location!

100% loved everything about this stay... Water views, right on the trolley line going everywhere. The VRBO rental was stocked with more than enough, towels, dishes, beach chairs, right down to a cooler. Would highly recommend.. The only thing I could say was a negative would be the pool has no view.. Other than that.. It's perfect!

We had a lovely time at Sea Club condo. The first floor made it easy access. The pool was under reconstruction so not available this stay. But it looks to be very nice with water views and shade. The king size bed was very comfortable. The walking beach access was also close by. Very centrally located!

New Years

This is a great little property. Nice studio condo (no door on the bedroom). Well stocked from kitchen to beach gear to towels. You do have access to the gulf side beach. The onsite property is excellent! Nice heated pool with tables and loungers. A grassy area with more chairs. A pier out into the channel for fishing or good viewing. There is a bocce ball court as well, but bring your own balls. Trolley easily gets you up and down the key. A nice stay at this price point. Host is very responsive as well. If you go over New Years, make sure you go to the beach on the gulf side. People were setting off fireworks starting at about 8pm and continued through midnight.

Great place for small family vacation

We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving and absolutely enjoyed it. We had two adults and two kids (ages 5 and 6). The king bed was comfortable for adults and the sofa couch was perfect for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance needed, plenty of dishes and glasses. We brought fishing poles and bought shrimp at the local bait shop and fished off the dock on the back of the property. We caught a lot of fish and the kids were thrilled. When we weren't fishing or eating Thanksgiving dinner, we were at the beach. The beach is across the street so it was very helpful that a cart was provided to haul down chairs and a cooler for drinks. The cottage is everything a couple or a small family needs for a fun, relaxing beach vacation. Joe was friendly and easy to communicate with before we arrived and did a great job of checking in via text message to make sure everything was ok while we were staying. We will definitely return to Siesta Key and rent from Joe again.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

This property is the best of all worlds. There's a heated pool with a fishing dock right behind it. Today we went swimming. Then we caught some red snapper, some puffer fish, some flounder, and some drum. We did all this in only about 2 hrs! Then you can walk across the street to beautiful Crescent Beach which adjoins Siesta Key Beach voted #1 in 2012. Siesta Village offers restaurants and night life. This is truly the laid back Siesta Key life.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We have a boat basin, fishing pier, pool, bocci ball ct. in the community. Then you can take a 5 min. walk across the street to the deeded private beach access and arrive at Crescent Beach which is part of Siesta Beach. The white, cool sand and tha aqua blue water is amazing. Then at night you can tip a golf cart or trolley and head into the village where you will find lot's of wonderful shops and restaurants. Welcome to paradise!
