\Located on the # 1 beach in the USA. The incredible white sands of Crescent Beach with its white quartz sand has been rated one of the Top Ten beaches in the world It is like walking on confectionery sugar. The condo is equipped with a SECURED WIFI We now offer free long distance phone service. Flat screen tvs are in every room.Each bedroom has its full bath.
Stay here could be your dream come true. This condominium complex is only 10 feet from the beach and steps to the heated pool. The living room and two bedrooms open to a 31 foot enclosed lanai. Here you can enjoy your meals while viewing the Gulf and hearing the waves.

The living room has a leather couch and love seat with slate and stone coffee table ,and end table.The glass topped rattan table and cushioned chairs invites you to a romantic dinner. The master bedroom boasts of a king-sized bed, two night stands, triple dresser, high dresser, and easy chair. For your comfort you have a TV, phone, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a granite bath with full walk-in shower.The second bedroom has 2 full/queen beds, double dresser, and granite full bath. The newly-equipped kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, crock pot, blender,toaster,coffee maker and white cabinets. Designer white tiles are the back splash that set off the blue granite counter tops.The kitchen has a pantry and a beach cooler. For your cell phones-there are UBS plugs in every room.Beach towels are provided. Covered assigned parking.
The complex a a gas grill for cooking that steak or lobster.

Very nice condo, loved the long balcony & 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was great, short walk to food & drinks. Beach was amazing! We enjoyed the beach chairs & umbrellas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The view was great and only steps from the beach. Everything that we needed, and then some, was supplied in the unit. The beach loungers that were included were an added bonus. So much easier not having to carry beach chairs down. Our host checked in with us sevetal times to make sure things were going well. Will definately re-book when we return to the area.

Convenient Condo

Location is great. Love the fact it’s right on the beach and the lounge chairs make trips down to the beach so easy. Owner called to check on us, which was very nice. Beds are so comfy! Only negative is the parking spot can be a tad tricky with a larger vehicle (we brought a crew cab truck). Other than that little issue, the condo is fantastic. In walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Thanks so much!

Great place to stay!

This condo was wonderful! The floors are amazing and it was decorated beautifully! It has a great view and the owners are very nice and helpful! Would recommend to everyone!

Cozy, clean and convenient

This condo was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not just talking about the condo itself. The property was well taken care of and even the stairwells were clean! (We had to use them once due to the elevator being down for a short period of time) Owner checked in on us with a phone call which I missed due to being on the beach. Imagine that. Lol. It’s not a huge condo but it’s cozy and has everything you need. But it does have a huge balcony. And a good view of the beach. Very short walk from the condo until you step your toes in the sand which I loved. I would definitely stay here again and probably will when I do return to my favorite beach!

great location

We loved the condo right on the beach. We had a partial view of the ocean which was great. The beach chairs are set up every morning and is included. Very comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen. Lovely living room and furniture. Every room had a TV even though we never turned them on. We were having too much fun on the beach and eating at great restaurants every night. Great condo building. Easy to communicate with owner.

Loved Our Stay

The property was exactly as listed. Well furnished, comfortable beds, and very clean. The beach is amazing and there are many quality eating places nearby. The only thing I would say negative is that the cable connection is analog channels. No HD channels. The TV is not a smart TV so not able to stream either. We used our computer and connected it with an HDMI cord so we were ok. Loved the layout of the condo. There were two couples and we had bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room and each had their own bathroom. The sunsets were amazing.

We had wonderful week at Siesta Key. The beach did have some debri and odor from hurricane Idalia, but the beach at Cresent Arms had been cleaned up.

Definitely a GREAT STAY

What an awesome location on Siesta Key! The beach and pool were awesome as were other guests we met at Crescent Arms. Sue is delightful to work with! Even though the w/d we’re not in the unit, they are right next door. Very convenient (bring quarters!) You will not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the condo. The unit was clean and had all the amenities you needed… most of all being the location directly on the beach! The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent. Owners Sue and Glenn were terrific to work with and were very involved in the process and were available when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Private Beach

Had a great time at this property. It is right next to the beach and close to other attractions. Great for two couples or a family. Would recommend it will stay again.

Crescent Arms

Just got back from Siesta Key! Stayed in Crescent Arms (north building). Loved the location! Beach/ocean front property. Washer/dryer on the same floor across the hall which was nice (quarters only!!). Property was very nice and gated which made it even better. It is a no smoking building (Some did not follow the rules which made it very difficult to enjoy the patio daily). Perfect size condo for the 5 of us there. Needs to have a place to hang towels and wet things outside and a few more patio chairs to enjoy dinner for more people on the lanai. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

It was voted #1beach in North America on ..Our condo is located on the 5th floor with a great view Each bedroom suite is off opposite sides of the living room wit its own full baths and sliding doors off the bedrooms and living room. the The sound of waves will make for a great nights sleep

You may sit on the couch and watch the sunset, ALL rooms open onto a 31 foot screened in lanai. You may lay in bed and listen to the waves. The set=up is great with a living room separating the two bedroom suits.One king bed and two full/queen beds. They each have a full bath in their suites,
