WE HAVE DEEDED ACCESS TO THE BEACH IN FRONT OF THE PALMS ACROSS THE STREET.

First floor, back bedroom with king bed and full bath, Second floor has master bedroom with king size bed and full bath and the new back bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a third bedroom on the second floor with a bunk bed. Also a second full bath on the second floor. The top floor has a queen bed and an outside deck with gulf view and great for sunset. The front porch has a swing and the house has 4 flat screen TV's. We have a community pool in the back of the house. Across the street is the 4th hole of the Santa Rosa golf course. 150 yards down the street is the Santa Rosa Beach Club with The Vue restaurant and bar, open to the public. We only allow 8 people adults and children to occupy our home. The kitchen has recently been remodeled.
