We fell in love with this area the moment we arrived. The beaches are truly stunning, but it’s the thoughtful design of the WaterColor community that sealed it for us—everything is just a bike ride away. Whether we’re walking the nature trails, pedaling to the beach, or catching the sunset at Bud & Alley’s, it all feels easy and effortless here. The people are warm, the hospitality is real, and the whole place just invites you to slow down and enjoy life. We know you’ll love your time on the Emerald Coast as much as we do

What do we love most about this house? It’s got that classic beachy charm, an easygoing floor plan, and all the space you need for a family trip, a couple of families together, or a fun friends’ getaway. You're close to everything—the private community beach, cute Seaside, lots pools, miles of trails—but still tucked away from the crowds of 30a. Plus, it backs right up to the national forest, so it feels private, peaceful, and like a true escape.
