The Villa
Set along the hillside, Villa Carol has been designed for comfortable stays throughout all four seasons. The main entrance is located at the lower part of the property, where there is a parking area that accommodates 4 to 6 cars.

Interiors
The Villa offers spacious, elegant, and welcoming interiors, featuring 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms:

Bedroom 1 – A spacious room with a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower, and French doors leading directly to the garden.
Bedroom 2 – A cozy room with a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and French doors opening onto the garden.
Bedroom 3 – Featuring a comfortable French bed, an en-suite bathroom, and French doors with direct garden access.
Bedroom 4 – A spacious room with a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom just outside the room, and French doors leading to the garden.
Bedroom 5 – A comfortable double bed and a private bathroom just outside the room.
Bedroom 6 – Equipped with two comfortable single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 7 – Features two comfortable single beds.
The large living room with a fireplace is furnished with three comfortable sofas, several armchairs, a TV, and a stereo system—perfect for listening to music and unwinding. Natural light floods the space through three large French doors that open onto two gardens and offer a stunning sea view.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and a spacious cooktop, is adjacent to two inviting dining areas. The indoor dining area features an elegant table seating 8-10 people, while the outdoor dining space boasts a similarly large table (8-10 people), ideal for enjoying breakfast or dinner with a scenic view of the garden and the sea.

Exteriors
The Villa is surrounded by two expansive gardens, featuring relaxing lounge areas furnished with comfortable sofas, sun loungers, and hammocks—ideal for socializing or unwinding. The outdoor spaces also include large grassy areas, perfect for children, as well as two panoramic terraces. The entire estate is immersed in nature, surrounded by maritime pines, bougainvillea, and Mediterranean plants, creating an intimate and serene atmosphere. From every corner, guests can admire breathtaking views of the National Park and the islands of Ponza, Palmarola, and Zannone, offering a truly unique experience of peace and beauty. At night, the gardens transform into a magical setting, where the starry sky provides an incredible spectacle, making your stay even more enchanting.

The Villa is just a short drive from San Felice Circeo’s historic center (10 min) and the Port (15 min), where guests can savor fresh seafood, stroll through charming streets, and embark on boat trips to the magical islands of Ponza and Palmarola.

The nearest seaside access, ‘Le Batterie,’ is just 900 meters away. To reach this stunning spot, follow a paved path down from the main road to discover a hidden paradise: a small stretch of coastline framed by dramatic cliffs, leading to two natural coves with pebble beaches.
