Welcome to this wonderful house with private access to the sea in Port d'Alcúdia. It is prepared for 8 persons +1 extra.
The fabulous outdoor area counts with a garden with direct access to the beach, three terraces with sea view, a well-furnished porch and a barbeque.

The 220m2 2-storey house counts with 4 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor (with a double bed) and 3 on the first floor (two with a double bed, of which one counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and 1 with 2 individual beds). All bedrooms count with air conditioning. There is a possibility for one extra person to sleep on a sofa-bed. On request, there are two baby beds and a highchair available. There are 2 bathrooms with a bath tub, for general use (one on each floor).
The cozy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, satellite TV, a dining table, a fire place and air conditioning. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. You will also find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The whole house is equipped with central heating.

The house is situated on the beach of Port d'Alcúdia. It's situation is perfect, with everything you might need within walking distance: supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, bank, etc.
The fine, white sandy beach of Alcúdia covers quite a few kilometers, all the way from the harbor of Alcúdia to Can Picafort. Nearby, you will find the beach of Playa dels Capellans, where you can enjoy a paella or a cocktail in any of the well-known beach bars, while watching the sundawn. Nearby, you will find some interesting places to visit, as, for example, the Albufera wetland, Pollença with it's cozy town square and the Calvari stairs, and small, quiet seaside villages as Colònia the Sant Pere. Don't forget to visit Alcúdia's old town, with it's cobbled streets, the church and the ruins of the old roman city and amphitheater. Tuesdays and Sundays there is a market in Alcúdia and the village transforms into a bustling and vibrant place.

fantastic size place for a group of 9 adults with easy access to the beach and a pleasant walking distance into the town. plenty of amenities within the property and lots of extras such a barbecue and other equipment if needed. 3 good size bathrooms and plenty of living space inside and out.

Perfect spot!

The house was awesome. Perfect location on the beach. Only negative aspects were that sprinklers came on at random times throughout the day (which made yard use “dangerous”) and there was nothing much in the house (toilet paper, no spices, no nothing teally). Still gets 5 stars cause it was awesome!!

Location 10/10 but a bit dated

We had a wonderful week staying at Chilllife, though we all agreed the decor could do to be updated. The outside area and beach access were brilliant. We were kindly left some fruit and some beers in the fridge, but we did have to buy all the basics for ourselves - salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee and extra toilet roll which was a bit disappointing for the money we had paid.

Lovely property in great location let down by a few snags

Overall we much enjoyed this property, especially it's location on the lovely beach. However, we felt it was let down by: 1/ Arrival instructions ( keycode etc) only sent 2 - 3 days beforehand 2/ No local contact at all 3/ Only 4 hard plastic sunbeds with no cushions 4/ Only 6 very small teacups, no mugs etc

Great Stay/House on the Beach

Beautiful location in Alcudia! Well maintained house directly on the beach/water in a nice neighborhood. Short drive to the port; would be long, but walkable in warm weather from house to port via beach. We visited in early March. House was large and well furnished. Plenty of bedrooms with different bed arrangements to fit a large group/family. Kitchen was nice, plenty of dishes/silverware although some of the a sundry items like cutting boards and oven dishes could be updated, but don't let that stop you. Appliances were good. Views of the sunrise/water from both upstairs and back yard were outstanding. Nice outside spaces. Location was great as we went and did everything we wanted and nothing was too far to travel to. Our first time in Spain and Mallorca. We would definitely rent here again.

Toller Familienaufenhalt

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (2J.). Das Haus, der Garten und vor allem die super Lage direkt am Strand sind Spitze. Herausragend war, dass der Eigentümer und die Agentur unsere Anfragen/Reklamationen innerhalb von wenigen Stunden erledigt und das betroffene Equipment sofort ausgetauscht haben. Auch wenn das Ein oder Andere noch getauscht und renoviert werden sollte, waren wir begeistert und können bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist BESTE LAGE ! Stilistisch passend und "alles" vorhanden! Leider ist die Abwasserpumpe(Kompressor) der in der Garage arbeitet, laut, und stört etwas die sonstige Ruhe und Stille! Aber wir werden wiederkommen!!

Tolle Villa am Strand

Chilllife passt hier perfekt. Mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern haben wir die Unterkunft bewohnt und es war ein Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt: Der Garten mit Zugang zum Meer, absolut schöner Strand und im Haus sehr viel Platz. Sehr gut auch die Einfahrt und Garage, hier konnten wir mit zwei Autos entspannt parken. Einzige kleine Abstriche war die Qualität der Pfannen (ein paar ältere waren dabei, die nicht mehr zum Induktionsherd gepasst haben) und das es teilweise etwas schwierig war, die richtigen Schlüssel den vielen Türen zuzuordnen. Ansonsten rundum eine richtig schöne Unterkunft für perfekten Strandurlaub!

Die Ausgangslage ist einfach hervorragend. Und der Veranstalter hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert.

[+] Ganz toller Empfang. Obst und Getränke beim extrem netten persönlichem Empfang vor Ort. Sehr gute Einweisung. Es war eine super Betreuung vor Ort. Wir haben uns perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war bestens. Mehr als genug an Geschirr, Gläser und sonstiges vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ausreichend Handtücher. Es war alles super großzügig vorgesehen. [-] Die Möbel sind vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Haus war durch das Wetter etwas klamm. Dafür aber eine super tolle neue Küche. Und ansonsten gibt es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

Super schönes Haus, perfekte Lage!

Das Haus bzw. die Einrichtung ist, wie in den anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen , aber alles in einem super Zustand und auch wertig. Die Lage ist perfekt und wenn es irgendwie von der Belegung her passt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

We loved staying at this house. Great bedrooms, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. The best was the location with access to the beach. Close to restaurants, stores and the port. Highly recommend. Hi, we really enjoyed staying at your house. Great location, a lot of space and great beach access. Kitchen little disappointing at this luxury property. As said before, at this price, we expected little more cleanlyness. Just little more love and care, particular the kitchen. The pans were old, the water kettle and the toaster didn't work, some appliances not working, dishes and glasses were dirty and too small...

Wunderbares Haus!

Die Kaffeemaschine sollte erneuert werden. leicht antiquiertes Mobiliar. Alles wunderbar, Terrassen, Betten, Bäder ,Garten und der Strand! Es war noch ruhiger als letztes Jahr, die Pumpe war kaum zu hören! Wir kommen wieder Hierher!
