This two bedroom suite features 900 square feet of living space; one queen bed; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer & an environmentally friendly electric fireplace. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning. Four (4) person maximum occupancy.
All Seasons Condos are located just across from the Golden Peak base area and the Riva Bahn chairlift. Just a short 4 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One. Two bedroom condo allows extra living space; free WIFI; free uncovered parking. For stays of 2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations between 14-30 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of funds paid.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.
PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
