CALLAO - CASERÍO DE GUAZA

Thanks for this review. I'm sorry, the little details you mention, that have prevented your vacation from being totally perfect. Some arrangements in the adjoining house were being carried out, they were garden arrangements that did not involve a lot of noise, there was more noise when you were away from the farm. The works of this house have already been completed. Once again thank you for your time and the trust placed in my house. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to greet you again in the not too distant future.

Thanks for writing a review. It was a pleasure to host you, especially since you left the house in perfect condition after your departure. As we told you before arrival, we are a legal accommodation and according to the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015, it is mandatory to register all travellers. This process is carried out by filling in a form called Entry Part of travelers that must conform to the model established in the Annex of Order INT / 1922/2003. In addition, the data collected must be transmitted to the authorities in less than 24 hours after the arrival of the guest. This applies to all types of tourist accommodation: vacation rentals, hotels, hostels, rural houses, camping, villas, etc. The procedure that you did not want to carry out is mandatory and we can be penalized if we do not carry it out. I am sorry that it was a disturbance for you but that does not exempt us from complying with what is established.

Thank you very much for sharing this comment with all travelers. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed a great stay at Caserío de Guaza and that our daily work has been worth it. I take note of the lack of the coffee machine, in all our houses there is always one. If I had known during your stay I would have provided one.

Thank you for your review! So glad you had a great time
