Only the ground floor of the house is accessible during your stay (the first floor is not occupied and remains inaccessible).
This cozy, air-conditioned home (during summer), equipped with mosquito screens, features two bedrooms on the ground floor:
• A 25 m² master suite with a 160 cm bed, private bathroom, and WC.
• A single bedroom with a 90 cm bed, open shower, and WC.

The property also offers a landscaped garden and swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Spices, oil and vinegar, paper towels, and household cleaning products are provided.

We offer high-quality amenities, including premium bedding and equipment. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, and beds will be made up before your arrival. Please note that pool towels are not provided.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
A welcome folder containing information on cultural and sporting activities is available.
We also provide hiking and cycling maps and guidebooks.

We are located in a highly sought-after village, just:
• 4 km from Uzès
• 8 km from Pont du Gard

The property is less than 300 meters from the greenway connecting Uzès to Remoulins and passing by the Pont du Gard.

Electric bicycles can be delivered directly to the property by external providers, and we would be happy to recommend local services.
Setting

The house is situated in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no overlooking neighbors. Surrounded by countryside and overlooking vineyards, the property enjoys a peaceful and green environment.

• 35 km from Avignon
• Approximately 1 hour by car from the Mediterranean coast
• Close to the Cévennes

Accommodation
The ground floor can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests.
As the single bedroom is located away from the master suite, it is not recommended for a young child but is better suited for a teenager or an adult.
The house includes:
• A spacious 70 m² open-plan living area with lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen
• Two bedrooms
• A laundry room with washing machine
Outside, you will enjoy:
• A 1,200 m² landscaped garden with olive trees, Mediterranean plants, and flowers
• An 8 x 4 m swimming pool with sun deck and loungers
The rental price includes all utilities (water and electricity), as well as swimming pool maintenance (every 3–4 days) and garden upkeep.

A security deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival (cash or cheque). An inventory and property inspection will be carried out at check-in and check-out in your presence. The deposit will be returned no later than 5 days after departure.
The rental is subject to a furnished short-term rental agreement.
