The villa has been renovated to a high standard with a modern kitchen and shower rooms.
All bedrooms are light and breezy and have direct access to the veranda. All with fly screens and air conditioning.
The open plan kitchen / dining / living room looks out directly on to spectacular
sea views - with all the doors / windows open you receive a fabulous breeze through the room - this room is not air conditioned.
The outside terrace receives a gorgeous sea breeze throughout all the summer months – al fresco dining is a must on the spacious terrace and the large dining table and traditional taverna chairs create a wonderful setting for group dining. Can guarantee you will wish to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the front terrace - the sun set has to be seen and enjoyed every evening! (A glass of wine at sunset on the terrace will be a highlight of any stay).
The kitchen is well stocked with new double oven/ convection microwave, two large fridges and a freezer as well as a variegated wine fridge.
The villa is situated in beautiful private grounds with a separate enclosed newly refurbished swimming pool area, featuring a larger than average pool (12m x 5m), a sun bathing area as well as a shaded seating area. At night the pool is lit by blue LED light allowing for a night time dip.
This villa also benefits from WiFi, Smart TV and DVD player . There are DVD’s supplied for both adults and children.
The spacious grounds are lawned and child friendly.
