Condo with million dollar views!!!

We offer a privately owned beach front gated condo with beach security, less crowds and beautiful newly renovated pool and boardwalk……..

The Master bedroom has a full panaramic view of the gulf !
king size bed , Smart Tv , Large walk in Shower , Walk in Closet with luggage racks for two guest and lots of hangers .

The second bedroom is a Nautical theme decor, with a queen size bed, TV, luggage rack and large closet , with beach amenities, umbrellas, chairs, toys, floats .

A full size bathroom with shower/tub combo .

The living room offers a large HDTV/Smart TV with free WiFi throughout the condo. There is plenty of seating

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you will need including a Keurig Coffee Maker/regular coffee pot to enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. There is a kitchen bar for a quick snack or to surf the net including a charging area.

You will enjoy the Beachside One pool, hot tub, tanning deck, and private beach area for guest. There is a boardwalk with an observation deck overlooking the volleyball court and beach. A basketball court/ Pickleball and putting course in front of the building plus many other amenities.

Beachside One is truly a great family vacation resort!

Just what we needed

The condo was just was we needed. We attend a convention every year in Sandestin and much rather stay here instead of the Hilton.

New favorite vacation spot

What a wonderful condo! We have found our favorite spot. We were right on the beach, condo was beautiful, and location was perfect! It was everything we were looking for. The owners communicated well and check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

We love Beachside 1!

My family and I have vacationed in Sandestin for many years and we always stay in Beachside 1. The ease of the beautiful private beach area, pool and spa are what keep us going back. Michele and David’s condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Great property

Michelle and David were great! They made everything simple. The property was nicely appointed and very clean. The best part was the private beach, which wasn’t really crowded like the main beach access for Sandestin.

Beachside 1 AMAZING

This was our first stay in Sandestin/Miramar Beach area and we could not be more pleased. The condo was amazing an perfect for our family of 3, exactly as described in owner’s description. Easy access to beach. You can rent beach chairs right next to condo at the little blue hut next to condo’s boardwalk. Private beach and the Gate keeper enforces it. Pool area very nice and clean. Short walk to the Hilton where we ate a couple of nights and a 15 min walk to a strip mall area where we also ate our son walked up every morning and got donuts. I felt very comfortable letting our 16 year old walk around this area. Very very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful stay in Sandestin

The condo was beautiful, incredibly clean, and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning listening to the waves... Michele made everything easy for us from booking through check in and check out. We have stayed in several locations on the gulf over the years, and this condo topped the list. The building itself has a great pool and hot tub, and the beach (our main reason for being there!) was literally steps away. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Sandestin, and we would absolutely stay there again.

Nice place and great location

We traveled to Destin with two adults and two kids (8,4). The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. We had beach access and were in a good location in Miramar for grocery shopping and other amenities. The property has an on site village that we visited. Our kids loved the arcade and other attractions there. It was nice to take a break from the sun and do other family friendly things during the heat of the day. Highly recommend.

Condo at SanDestinOne

Overall the condo was ok. The appliances were extremely old. There was toilet paper and paper towels but the stock was limited. Beach chairs were nice to have and beach toys were adequate for our 2 year old. The dish-wear was very cheap and seemed very old. A couple of the dishes were pretty disgusting. This honestly could have been because of the ancient dishwasher. The view was great and the access to the brand new resort style pool and beach was perfect. Would have been nice to have the ability to do earlier check in and later checkout. Checking out at 10am is the earliest I've ever experienced. I stay in hotels every month for work and have had plenty of VRBO stays over the years.

Thank you for your review, we are constantly looking at ways to improve our services and amenities , I am glad we could accommodate you for a 3 hour earlier check in for your babies napping schedule, unfortunately due to holiday weekend and housekeeping schedule we were unable to allow for a late check out. I am glad you and your family enjoyed our resort including the beautiful views from our unit as well as pool and beachfront property.

Great location & view

Great location with amazing view from living room & master bedroom. Comfortable furniture. Quick & help response from owners. The beach toys, chairs & umbrellas were a nice bonus. The only thing is that if we went back with our kids, the guest bedroom closet is where the beach goodies are stored so there would be no room for their stuff. But, my husband and I truly enjoyed our time in this place and would come back.

Place was beautiful.

Owners stayed in contact with us. They sent events coming up. Checked to make sure our stay was amazing. If I had a question they replied immediately. I will definitely stay there again. I have already passed along the property to others.

Great Condo and Beach!

Excellent condo on a great part of the beach...all pictures accurately reflect everything about the condo and area. Excellent views from all rooms in condo and the beach was absolutely beautiful. On-site security was great and kept people off of our beach area that did not belong ( big deal because of the crowds everywhere else). Owners were super nice and easy to work with. One small negative is that the parking situation was very challenging, since a part of the lot was closed off.

We have traveled all over the world and we just can't beat the views from our condo ! just spectacular !
Literally a 2 minute walk to our privately owned beach , with less crowds, soaking up the sun and breathtaking clear waters !!!
Our building host 99 units .
Love the floor plan of this unit i can watch the gulf while cooking !!! love our large balcony as well !!!
Sandestin is the best when it comes to a family vacation, beautiful well maintained properties and lots of fun activities offered including walking trails, pickleball, basketball, tennis courts , and of course 4 golf courses . We offer Baytowne and Grand Boulevard with great shopping , food and fun activities for children as well.
