As you walk in, you are greeted with an AMAZING beach front view. NOTHING is between you and the sea breezes and sound of the ocean. This corner unit is especially amazing by the fact that not only do you have a private balcony but also 3 large windows surrounding your living area.

Relax and enjoy a drink on the private balcony. The sunrises and sunsets are nothing less than spectacular. Enjoy the fun and beachy casual decor throughout.

Sleep like a dream listening to the sounds of the sea on the comfy plush eurotop mattress! You will find our new queen Murphy bed just right to maximize our space. Perfect for a couple or small family! Sofa sleeper included!

Kitchen is fully equipped with full sized appliance and all the basics to enjoy a full meal and save by dining in! You will find the size "just right".

Located on the 3rd level, corner unit, you are just steps away from some of the whitest beaches in the world. Complete with tennis courts, basketball, putting green, shuffleboard, horse shoes, outdoor grilling areas, (6) outdoor pools, Kiddie pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and 24/7 guard security complete with guarded entrance. In addition, Championship golf at Kiva Dunes is just next door. Enjoy the seclusion and privacy away from the traffic of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but still have access to the amenities they offer only 12 miles away. Local attractions include Charter Boat Fishing, Historic Fort Morgan, Waterville U.S.A. water park, Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA theme park with outdoor and indoor wave pool and slides as well as a host of other restaurants, shops, and fun activities.

There is a $40 vehicle registration fee per vehicle, max. 2 per stay. I will send a link with instructions to purchase this a few days before check in.

Also equipped with streaming Direct TV and DVD player.
The Roku tv allows for app downloads as well.
Our unit comes complete with starter paper, 8 count towel set and full linen. Card swipe or app driven laundry facility is located on the ground floor with the other building amenities (indoor hot tub, saunas, fitness room) exclusive to the Dunes.

And don't forget the heated indoor pool which provides a pleasant option for the whole family.
