The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 3 bedroom 2 bath deluxe condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, living room with pull-out sofa, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds and the third bedroom has a king size bed with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room that includes a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this Wyndham and in the same unit 352. It's a great and clean resort, very close to the strip. The resort and stay should be a 5-star stay. However, I gave the overall grade of 3 stars due to the same light and socket problems I reported last year. The nightstand lights and electrical outlets in all 3 bedrooms don't work at all, which made charging phones very annoying. I reported this same problem last year around this time. It's still not fixed this year. Common Wyndham, it's not that hard of a problem to fix.

The time share rep was the rudest person I have ever encountered in "hospitality". I will NEVER stay here again!!The cafe lost my order twice and I waited 45 minutes for a hamburger. Worst service imaginable!

We enjoyed our time in Vegas, and the condo was exactly how it was listed. We were not diappointed. There was a small issue with check in but once that was resolved there were no other issues.

Great Nascar weekend with Family

The Condo was awesome. Big open main room with family room and dining table, both adjacent to the kitchen. Right across the street from Topgolf which we hit up every time we are in Vegas. My wife and I usually stay at a hotel on the strip but with other family members coming in for the races, we wanted a larger place and this was perfect. Only issue we had was with the check in process. The name on the listing was Matt. Couple days before check in I get a call from Randy. He asks if we could take two 2-bedroom units instead of one 3-bedroom we had booked. Thought this strange as I thought I was booking Matt's actual unit and had no idea who Randy was. Told Randy no, we wanted the 3-bedroom we had booked and paid for. He calls back little while later and says he was able to make it happen? On day of check-in, my brother in law got there first and went to check in (Had given Randy his name). Said he needed a confirmation email from Wyndham that I never received as everything I did and received came thru VRBO. Called Randy from the airport and he eventually sent over an email to me and my brother in law so he could check in. Definitely the most confusing check in process I've had with VRBO. Again the actual place was great. Matt/Randy just need to make the check in process easier or maybe more transparent.

21st Birthday

It was the perfect getaway for my kids and their spouses while celebrating my son’s 21st birthday. You could do anything you wanted on the strip or nothing at all by the pool.

Outstanding!!!

We were a group of eight ladies visiting Vegas for a 50th birthday and we rented two condos at the Grand Wyndham. Every single one of us were so happy with our stay! From Evan at the front desk, the spacious rooms, the pool areas and the beds (so comfortable)!! We all slept very well. If you want something a little quieter off the strip but within walking distance this is the place! We will definitely return!

Great Location off the strip

Great property, very close to the strip, clean, friendly staff. Watch out for the pushy timeshare people, they want to offer you all sorts of things to listen to a presentation thats not worth it. Other than that would definitely stay again

Great location

We enjoyed the three bedroom. The first unit we were given had no AC. They had us wait two hours to try to fix it, but they ended up moving us. Then the outlets in all of the bedrooms didn’t work. Called maintenance and the breakers were tripped. They tripped again halfway through our stay. All that’s plugged into them are the lamps on the night stands. The washing machine didn’t work right either. We let them know at checkout. Hopefully they do a better job at maintenance. But description and location were accurate! Thank you!!!

My Sister's Amazing 60th Birthday Celebration

Everything I wanted

We’ve stayed at this property before so I had a baseline expectation but hadn’t stayed with Matt before. Going into this I wasn’t sure how this would go (subletting a timeshare condo) but it was perfect. The facility itself was great. The bracelets for the garage, doors etc made entry very easy. The condo itself was very clean, well appointed for what we needed and I love how close it is to the Strip and easy to get onto and off of the interstate for where we wanted to go.

Favorite Hotel

This is usually my #1 choice when I stay in Vegas. Its no casino here so it always smells fresh and clean. I'm a non smoker so i appreciate not being assaulted by cigarette smoke at my hotel. Also i enjoy the full service kitchen which prevents unnecessary restaurants for meal options. Its a great Hotel to choose.

Wonderful condo

Six of us ladies who’ve known each other since high school, met to celebrate our 70th birthday. The condo made it extra special. Better than the pictures, furniture has been updated. Clean and well stocked with everything. Really great staff throughout & Matt made renting process very easy. Never bothered by time share people which we had been expecting from previous reviews, only one phone call .

Great option close to strip

Great location, very nice condo and good option close to strip but without casino noise and stink. Offers a shuttle to Harrahs but it can get full quickly. Kitchen is well equipped. Be sure to request a unit with sofa bed at booking if needed and keep in mind noise level from Top Golf next door if you are going to bed before midnight and are booked in tower 3 🙂. You will need to know and not change the name of individual checking in to avoid additional fees. Owner was great to reply to communications.
