'Biniforani Nou' Property from early nineteenth century formerly devoted to cultivation and olive oil press and even retains its oil press and other accessories and containers. Today the house is fully restored and retaining all its former glory.



The house comprises in two storey and the main entrance is through the 'Clastre' (Mallorcan inner courtyard), where it distributes the main house and one side of the building in two separate Apartments. Inside the house we see the entrance hall to the living room with fireplace and two fully equipped kitchens, with one large room with a table for many diners, rear Patio with BBQ area and other units. On the other side of the building are the two apartments side by side both equipped with single beds and each with bathroom en-suite. In the upper floor accessed by the wide staircase we find a great vestibule where the six rooms are, all of them with en-suite bathroom and equipped two rooms with double bed and the four remaining rooms with separate beds. Swimming pool 13x6 m.



Outside the house enjoys a privileged location in a vast land plot of centenary olives trees of more than 150ha in the middle of the ascent of the 'Coll de Soller', with valleys, mountains and beautiful surrounding views over the bay of Palma from anywhere in the house its terraces and pool area.



Located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in the 'Coll de Sóller' one of the most picturesque, peaceful and paradisiacal places on the island of Mallorca. 15 km from Palma, a few kilometres from the town of Bunyola, very close to the town of Sóller and the small coves of the 'Costa Nord' such as Cala Tuent, Cala Deia, Cala de Banyalbufar and the port of Valldemossa with its small beach of crystal clear waters.



From the terrace and swimming pool you can enjoy spectacular views over the mountains and the valley of Bunyola to the Bay of Palma.

For bookings of up to 12 people, the rooms (the two bedrooms and bathrooms in the basement) remain locked.Full use of the finca is only possible at the full occupancy prices. There are two price rates for up to 6 rooms on request or up to 8 rooms
