Ocean Lakes charges parking per day, per vehicle. Current pricing can be found on the Ocean Lakes website. It usually runs at $15/night or discounted if you purchase at least 2 weeks before your trip. This is non-negotiable and payable directly to Ocean Lakes (instructions will be provided on completing this process).

There is parking for 2 vehicles at this property. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

Bed and bath linens, along with paper products and personal toiletries, are the responsibility of the renter. Linen packages are available for rent through a local source. Please inquire for package pricing.

When requesting to book, please provide the details of your group, including: ages of each group member, purpose of your trip (sports team, vacation, business, etc.). Requests without this information will be declined.

Must be 25 to rent & present for the entire stay. No parties! Families only!

No smoking/vaping indoors

No pets

Maximum occupancy is 6 plus up to 2 children for 8 total. Please specify in request to book. (children are elementary school age or below) older children plus 6 adults will not be comfortable in this house. It is a single level house with about 800 sq ft. 3 bedrooms. Must explain your request in detail for us to discuss with you if the house will be a good fit for your needs.
