Traditional, rustic, seafront villa, just steps away from the beach.

This 3 bedroom Villa, in 2 levels, is situated in the heart of the sandy beach of Paleros bay. Built in Greek traditional style, with the seashore just steps away, the villa offers great view to the whole bay, from the mountains of Lefkada island where the sun sets, to Ithaka and the famous Onassis island 'Scorpios'. A double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in every room, 2 w.c with shower and laundry, spacious living room with sofas and fireplace, rustic kitchen fully equipped with dish washer, fully furnished, with 2 large verandas, ideal for taking your breakfast in a sunny morning or having your dinner as the sun sets behind the mountains of Lefkada . The upper level has the master bedroom, its own bathroom and may accomodate 2 more persons, prefferably children. On the back side of the Villa, there is a cultivated garden with lemon and orange trees, as well as a lot of fresh fully biological seasonal vegetables (tomatoes, green salads etc) provided from the gardener to our guests. Private parking for three cars is also available. Plenty of natural light penetrates the house throughout the morning, while the afternoon breeze smoothly cools down the heat of day


Around the house: The area around the house, along with the beach, is a very nice walk that the natives and the visitors during the summertime like to use. For this reason, the period between 15 of July- 15 of August tends to be a little crowded and sometimes noisy, due also, to cultural events that occur there from the local community. However though, all these constitute a 'local color' of the Village.
