The owners of the villa live in an apartment on the ground floor and are very respectful of the privacy of their guests, but if they need anything they are always available and happy to help.
"Incanto su Capri" can accommodate up to two people and is located at the end of the Sorrento peninsula and has one of the most dramatic and breathtaking views across towards the bay of Naples and the isle of Capri. In the town of Massa Lubrense, this place is in a little corner of paradise away from the bustle of the city. There isn't a point that doesn't offer a panoramic view. Apartment "Incanto su Capri" has a double bedroom with TV, air conditioning and a window that offers a magnificent view of the coast and the island of Capri, a bathroom with a shower and a sitting room/kitchen equipped with everything you need, this room also offers the same breathtaking view of the beautiful island.
To reach the apartment from the parking area, you need to pass through a citrus grove which automatically gives you the sensation of peace and relaxation, and take 9 steps to reach the apartment's entrance door.
From the entrance of the apartment it takes just 5 steps to reach a fantastic terrace equipped with a barbecue and a table and chairs, perfect for a candlelit dinner or a lunch while looking over towards the bay.
Continuing up another 23 steps to the "gem" of the villa, the pool area. The pool area has a large equipped solarium with sun beds, outdoor swimming pool and a shower. No doubt it is the most scenic spot ever and the most relaxing, given the wide panoramic view of the sea and the Bay of Naples, but also the flourishing vegetation typical of the area (lemon, olive trees .) that characterizes the property. Why not lie on the couch to relax and listen to the sound of the sea that is not far away. This apartment will exceed your expectations if a relaxing holiday.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:
On the check-in day, it will be required the payment of changing linen and the final cleaning, this costs € 50,00.
Should you want an extra cleaning, this is an extra cost and you must request for it upon arrival.
On request you can have, included in the price, a cot and a high chair for babies for all the duration of your stay.
The use of the villa is exclusively reserved to guests staying at "Incanto su Capri". External guests are not admitted.
Check in is from 16.00 till 21.00 and the apartment needs to be vacated by 10.00 on check-out day. Late arrival fee costs €50,00.

The City Tax (to be paid locally) is € 3,00 per person for the first 7 days. The city tax is free for under 18 and over 75.

External communal areas and the borders of the villa are under 24 hour video surveillance for security reasons.
