This is the perfect place that offers you everything you need. This apartment is part of a villa "Splendore su Capri" which includes the "Incanto" apartment (max 2 pax) and "Meraviglia" (max 6 pax). The two apartments are independent, but together they form a villa that can accommodate up to 8 people.
The owners of the villa live in an apartment on the ground floor and are very respectful of the privacy of their guests, but if they need anything they are always available and happy to help.
Meraviglia can accommodate up to six people and is located at the end of the Sorrento peninsula and has one of the most dramatic and breathtaking views across towards the bay of Naples and the isle of Capri. In the town of Massa Lubrense, this place is in a little corner of paradise away from the bustle of the city. There isn't a point that doesn't offer a panoramic view. Apartment "Meraviglia, has two bathrooms with a shower, three double bedrooms with television and air conditioning. Both the master bedroom and the kitchen open onto a spacious terrace equipped with sofas, recliner and a large table and chairs perfect for a candlelit dinner or a lunch during a hot sunny days while over looking the bay.


To reach the apartment from the parking area, you need to take 17 steps which are surrounded by colourful flowers, which will give you immediate feeling relaxation and peace.

Infront of the main entrance of the apartment there is a green relaxation area, a hammock where you can spend a few hours reading a book in the shade of a tree.

Continuing up another 14 steps to the "gem" of the villa the pool area. The pool area has a large equipped solarium with sun umbrellas, sun beds, swimming pool (outdoor) and a shower. No doubt it is the most scenic spot ever and the most relaxing, given the wide panoramic view of the sea and the bay of Naples, but also the flourishing vegetation typical of these areas (lemon, olive trees ..) that characterizes the property. Why not lie on the couch to relax by listening to the sound of the sea that is not far away. This villa will exceed your expectations of a relaxing holiday.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Final cleaning wich costs € 100,00 has to be paid in cash on arrival day.
- Should you want an extra cleaning, this is an extra cost and you must request for it upon arrival.
- On request you can have, included in the price, a cot and a high chair for babies for all the duration of your stay.
- The use of the apartment and its services, is exclusively reserved to guests staying at "Meraviglia". External guests are not admitted.
- City tax is 3€ per person per night.
- External communal areas and the borders of the villa are under 24 hour video surveillance for security reasons.

Check in is from 16.00 to 21.00. Late arrival fee costs €50,00. You need to vacate the villa by 10.00 on check-out day.
