Awesome Stay

Terrific house with amazing views! Pool was awesome, kids fished off the pier every day. Right in the middle of Marco. Pictures are literally what you're getting. Great communication from thr host. Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful place for a Marco vacation

Our family had a fantastic stay at this home. The pool area had good sun exposure during the day - our two kids really enjoyed the heated pool and fishing from the spacious dock. The house was very clean upon arrival, beautifully decorated with lots of amenities, and stocked with thoughtful items. The location is great - a minute or 2 from a grocery store, gas station, and short drives to the beach, park, and dining options. The owners were very quick and helpful with our questions and messages. Check in/out was incredibly easy. We would definitely rent here again :-) Thank you for being such great hosts!!

Beautiful home at end of canal.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful well appointed home. The pool area is very nice and the pool heater worked great. The beds were great and everything in the home worked as it should. David the property manager is fast to respond. We had one issue with a BBQ grill, David had a new grill there within 12 hours set up and ready to go. He helped set up a fishing trip that was a blast. It was a great stay, exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Excellent location and Comfortable Home

The owner was very responsive to getting the pool heater working. The home was beautifully furnished and the location on the canal was great. We enjoyed our stay. If it were not for the COVID-19 closures we would have stayed to the end of our rental.

Nice house

The house was clean and as described. Was disappointed w/ the cleanliness of the pool area. Loved sitting on the dock overlooking the canal. David was responsive to our requests. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything you need! Great location!

Lovely home! The house was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Morning coffee on the dock, and evening swims in the heated pool. My family and I enjoyed everything about this house. Took several bike rides. Great location too, I was a little nervous about the busyness of the street, but no worries, it was very easy to get in and out of the driveway. Easy trip to Naples for fishing charter, or kayaking. Never heard street traffic from inside the house, or the back lanai and dock area. We loved this house. Dave and Sherri were quick to respond to any questions. We love the Marco Island community and our stay in this home was wonderful!

Perfect for Families with Kids

Stayed at property Dec '18. Property is as good as pics or better. Very clean and well maintained. Our young boys loved watching the fish from the dock and really loved the pool. Location is good, close to grocery stores, and a short drive to Tigertail Beach.

Great house!!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in on Marco Island. The house was perfect and had every amenity you could imagine, not to mention a heated pool. The beach theme throughout the house made you feel like you were on your own island getaway. The location was awesome. So close to the beach and the beachfront restaurants. One of our favorite spots was Sunset Grille. They offer a complimentary car service where they pick you up at your residence and take you to Sunset Grille and when you are ready to leave you call for a pick up and they take you home. Can't get any better than that. In addition you have a Publix and a Walgreens right up the street. The owners, David and Sherri were great to work with.

A wonderful experience!

Our family had a wonderful vacation stay at your home. Our children loved the pool. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed and more. It was our first time visiting Marco Island and you were so helpful to share you knowledge of the area and provide recommendations for restaurants and recreation. Thank you again!

Fabulous place

House has every item you could possibly want. From beautiful linens to kitchen appliances, nice dishes and great pots, there was nothing you didn't have at your disposal. Very nice layout with split bedroom plan for some privacy. Outside grill was great. All beach items and bicycles were top notch. Very close to Publix and any other store you could think of. Even though it was on a main street, you never heard traffic. Only down side we had was a very rainy week but here were enough movies and games provided to keep us occupied. Screened Pool area is beautiful with very nice relaxing lounges and chairs. Despite rain we were able to be out undercover on the patio to watch the water just out back. Very relaxing. Décor is very inviting. Huge washer and dryer for any family need. Owner called to make sure all was ok. Owner provided menus and maps and information on many venues in area. Will definitely be back.

We hated to leave!

My wife and I enjoyed every minute of the time we spent on Marco Island and this house was perfect. Everything was there. We would take an early walk through the neighborhoods, wonder through the nearby model homes and then ride bikes to whatever we wanted to do. Everything was convenient, from Stan's, to the beach (we used the beach chairs and equipment too), to the grocery store. The only thing I missed was a garlic press, oh well. We were in the pool and had I had a little more ambition I'd have tried my hand at the fishing. I certainly recommend this house and will try to schedule for our Marco getaway again next year.

Amazing place!

We stayed here with our 4 young kids. The house was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed. The location was great for people not familiar with the island as it is on a Main Street and easy to find. Also very close to a grocery store. The decor was very fresh and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

Welcome To Paradise

Beautiful, calm, relaxing, fun, everything you need and more, breathtaking view that feels like your own, ampul supplies like towels, bedding linens, extra bedding, condiments, marquaritta maker, Keurig coffee, and amazing decorating like you are on the beach or a spa! Close to two beaches Close to publix and Walgreens and liquor store Beautiful neighbourhood Amazing backyard has a dock and lemon trees!!! Beautiful pool with sitting, sunbathing, and dining areas. Owners are very welocming and very considerate of renters needs. Thanks
