The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, balcony and laundry. Additionally a garage is offered in the same building. The elevator goes up to the garage.
The larger room has a double bed and a bathroom. The average size room has two single beds. The smaller room has a single bed.
The living room features TV, DVD, sofa, desk and a table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and a dishwasher.
In the laundry there is the washing machine and space for hanging clothes.
Wi-Fi is provided.
The apartment has no sea view. However, to get to the beach you just have to cross the road.
The apartment does not have air conditioning. There is one fan in each bedroom and another one in the living room.

For stays shorter than 10 days it's considered as a tourist rental apartment. For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered as seasonal stay. In both cases, a rental contract must be signed.
