House restored in June 2016 located on the coast of Barcelona overlooking the sea

Beautiful country house, stately, with a spectacular architectural result. From the pool of 8 X 4 the perspective of the farmhouse is excellent. Its magnificent location allows to enjoy panoramic views of the sea and enjoy sun all day. In the main house with an entrance of 25 m2 there are several lounges, on the ground floor a living room of 30m2 with fireplace, billiard, bar with table for playing cards, another room of 50 m2 with toilet and another room of 12 m2 To enjoy relaxing moments of reading.
We do not reserve groups of friends under 30 years.
For more than 25 people ask the owner for more rooms and layout
It is forbidden to make films, photo sessions or anything that is of location without prior consultation of the owners.

Amazing experience

They stay in this Villa was incredible! Ana was exceptional in helping when needed. All the extra activities she suggested went off beautifully. We were a group of 16 and everyone raved about tge property and location. Cant recommend this proprerty enough!

Amazing for teambuilding

This villa is all you want for team building. Easy to reach, great taxi service and the villa itself was perfectly equipped with all we needed. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are comfy. I would recommend this villa 100%.

Amazing property and host

The property is absolutely stunning and characterful with amazing views down to the sea. The outside tables in the shade of some large oaks are usable all day and night. What makes the property so special though is the friendliness and helpfulness of the host, Ana, who goes out of her way to help with any issues and makes everyone feel extremely welcome. Thank you Ana.

A great break from the hustle and a magnificent property

This old farmhouse has been wonderfully converted into an ideal friends and family villa in a beautiful part of Spain. The hosts are great, provided lots of tips and responded to us quickly whenever we asked a question. The place is well appointed and we loved the way it was presented with lots of period pieces but in a way that was quite contemporary. At the time of year we visited it might have been nice if the pool was heated a little but sitting under the grove of trees looking at the water views was great for everyone’s pice of mind. A simply wonderful week.

Family vacation

We had a great time staying here with our family. The two youngest being two years old. It was quite easy to find the place. It was a little bit secluded but somewhat close to the town below which was perfect!! Privacy at its finest. A few supermarkets nearby, and an amazing restaurant called restaurant Ambiente. The house itself was super cute and comfortable! We were a group of 14 and could have fit so many more cops Diwali absolutely love it, and I would definitely come back again. Thank you so much Ana!!

Great property for large group

Rented both houses for a family and friends week away! Big shout out to the property owner Ana who was so helpful with everything before and during the trip! The houses are big and beautiful and pools were fantastic! Lots of outdoor space for playing games and outdoor dining! Some of the group had cars which I would recommend and others used taxi service that Ana suggested who were faultless ( Samuel) ! We also hired chef Bruno to come and cook evening meals and that was perfect for large group! You can walk into the town ( about 30min walk with local restaurants- town is quiet and not overrun with tourists! Up in the mountains so bring plenty of mosquito sprays etc!

Better than we dreamed!

We are a large family of grandparents, six adult children and their spouses, and 19 grandchildren, ages 5-25. We can only describe the week we were there as dreamy. The home was well-maintained and well-appointed, full of so much charm! There was plenty of room for good sleeping arrangements, those who needed to work (reasonably good WI-Fi), watching sports, indoor games, a well stocked kitchen, and of course, the pool(s) with an incredible view. Ana put us in touch with a chef who was willing to come prepare meals for us on some of the days which lifted the burden of meal preparation. The town was delightful, as were the surrounding towns and it was easy to get into Barcelona. Everyone was so happy at the villa that some days we didn't leave at all. I can't say enough good about Ana and how receptive she was to any questions or concerns we had. Honestly, we will never be able to top this family reunion!

Magnificent experience.

To celebrate her 65th. Birthday, my wife had a choice of a place in the whole world, the Costa Brava of Spain was her preferred choice, a perfect place in the countryside near the beaches (calas) between Barcelona y Girona. A Masia was necessary to accommodate the 24 members of our immediate family (sons and daughters with their families) but not any Masia would do. The location couldn’t be any better, up on the hills with spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea, near to the little town and a short driving distance from beaches, xiringuitos and supermarkets. The immaculate stay of the Masia was of first impression, following the vast kitchen, living room, breakfast nook and grand salon. The bedrooms, all unique in their design, makes the sleeping experience a pleasure one. I can not forget to mention the gardens, swimming pool, BBQ, jai-alai etc. etc. But all that greatness wouldn’t be enough with out the human factor. The Manager made us feel really “benvinguts” with all his attentions, The owner’s charm and kindness, and the rest of the crew, made this trip a memorable one. Moltes graciès Una de las experiencias más agradable mi vida. Nos reunimos, toda la familia, para celebrar el 65° Cumpleaños de mi Señora esposa y el de mi hija. Mi deseo era el de experimentar en algún lugar único en el mundo. Mi esposa escojio Catalunya. Que magnífico lugar, la Masia es única, la ubicación perfecta, el panorama espectacular. Fuimos recibidos de la manera más cordial, haciéndonos sentir verdaderamente bienvenidos, La Dueña puso el broche de oro con su simpatía, amabilidad y cortesía. Ahora solo buscamos cualquier excusa para regresar. Gracias a todos"

Our host was amazing and so very helpful

Amazing house with amazing views. Drive is 'off road' driving for the last part but lovely to be away from everywhere. Ana, as hostess was so helpful - all rooms as good as each other with beautiful sitting room and plenty of room downstairs. Pool table , swimming pool and table tennis all available and in lovely condition. A fantastic week.

Traumhaft schön

Diese wundervolle Villa mit Meerblick hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben im Mai/Juni 2019 unsere Hochzeit mit 24 Personen hier gefeiert. Die Zimmer Aufteilung ist etwas schwierig, aber wir haben zwei Gäste im Wohnzimmer schlafen lassen und eben auch die 4er und 5er Zimmer genutzt. Ana war sehr herzlich und jederzeit für uns zu erreichen. Auch der Gärtner Marcos war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns immer geholfen wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Die Villa ist weit außerhalb, und man benötigt ein Auto, aber trotzdem sind die großen Städte schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt in einer Entfernung von 10min sowohl den Strand als auch ein großes Einkaufscenter. Diese Villa ist wirklich unbeschreiblich. Wahnsinnig gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten die beste Zeit unseres Lebens hier. Nur zu empfehlen!!!!!!

Ein mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus in abgelegener, aber traumhafter Lage. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 19 Personen dort und allen hat es sehr gefallen. Die weitläufigen Gemeinschaftsräume gaben selbst an einem Regentag allen genug Raum. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Nähe zu Barcelona machen es zu einem "Geheimtipp". Vielen Dank Ana, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Fam. Knies und das ZNK aus Brandenburg

Amazing house, absolutely beautiful location and perfect for a large group of us. We loved it!

The house is beautiful and a perfect spot for a family gathering. Out group of 30 just loved it and although there were allot of us staying, the house is big enough with enough space for everyone. Plenty bathrooms and the little touches around the house make it very special. Ana met us in the town close by as the house is very remote and was a bit difficult for others to find (and taxis!). You do need a few cars to get around and get to the shops but once you are settled, you don’t need to go anywhere. Although Ana lives next door, we were never aware of that and it in no way impacted our stay, she left us in privacy and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet. We are already thinking about when we can go back again, none of us wanted to leave!

Fantástico!

Queríamos unos días de tranquilidad en un entorno natural pero cercano a la ciudad y santa mónica superó todas nuestras mejores expectativas con creces. Es un lugar mágico, con muchísimo encanto, con una decoración de revista, rodeado de naturaleza y con unas vistas maravillosas. Insuperable. Cada detalle cuidado al máximo. Seguro que volvemos.
