It is located on the Costa del Maresme, 2 km from the beach and 25 km from Barcelona.All stays are very spacious and have many different environments both indoors and out. It has great privacy and stands out for the peace and quiet it offers to be close to the center of the population.HUT B-015237

Beautiful villa

We had 8 adults stay here amd we really enjoyed our stay. Its as spacious as the pictures show. Gemma was a great host helping with recommendations for services during our stay.

Lovely house

We had a great time (16 ladies) in the villa. The pool area was lovely, the house even more so. Would recommend for groups looking for some quiet time!

Amazing house and great host

We were a family of 10 people spending one week in the house. It was an amazing stay and the house had everything we needed. Gemma is a great host and she also helped out with food and wineries recommendations.

Fantastic villa near Barcelona

This is a fantastic villa and is even better than the pictures. There were 8 of us, but there was so much space to hold more. The owner Gemma was very helpful in making our stay even better. Have no hesitation booking here.

Amazing host and property!

We booked this villa for a small wedding with our closest friends and family. Gemma could not have been more helpful or accommodating. This property was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and could not be more highly recommended!

Super place to stay

Beautiful Villa perfect fusion of old and new in a great location lots of lovely restaurants around and close to the train station about 2 km which enable you to get up and down the coast and go to Barcelona for the day. Great for Oh large groups the villa has everything you may wish for and is well stocked. The owner popped in once or twice and seemed lovely and lives close by which is nice to know in case it would be needed. Would highly recommend renting this villa

Wonderful property with incredibly helpful host

You know as soon as you walk into Mas Vives that this is a unique place. The building is a gem, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the garden/pool perfect for lounging in the sun. Gemma, the host, could not have been more helpful during our stay and is a real gem of a person - Thank you so much for your help!

Brilliant villa and brilliant host!

Such a beautiful villa which has everything you need for a perfect stay! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The rest of the villa was just as impressive - a well equipped kitchen, dining room, tv room, yoga room and an amazing veranda and pool area. Gemma, the host, was incredibly helpful and always available to help / answer questions etc - she made our stay all the more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

What a place. Easily go back there

What can I say, this place had it all. Beautiful kitchen lovely outside relaxing space. A pool with a well looked after lawn and ample living space. Can't get over how we managed to find a place like this. Gemma the lady who welcomed us was delightful and soo helpful. I would recommend anyone to come visit here.

Often owners don't trust groups of young people. In this case I can say I have been delighted with them at all times respected the rules of the house. Certainly, they are welcome whenever they want.

Beautifull!!

We were staying with 10 people and it was great!! It's even prettier in real-life then the photo's and you have all the space in the world! We loved the little chapel with the bell and the view of the sea in the upstairs room. Gemma and her sister are very helpfull and sweet, they showed us where we can do grocery's, the best restaurants etc. We would love to stay here again!

Incredible Stay at an Incredible Property!!

Wow! We are already telling all of our friends and family that they need to go and stay at this property! It was a dream. My family of 15 stayed at Mas Vives and we couldn't be more pleased with the property or the hosts. Ariadna met us upon arrival and she greeted us with hot coffee and snacks. We were blown away at the hospitality.

Perfection

Scroll no further — this property is perfect! The villa itself, rooms, and grounds are beautiful. The location is private but with easy walks to restaurants and public transportation. There is ample parking and it’s an easy drive into Barcelona. The absolute best part, however, are the wonderful hosts: friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We had 3 generations aged 70 to 1 and everyone raved about their stay ♥️

The most amazing and memorable stay here. Do not hesitate to book this villa!

I have just returned home after a weekend break here with friends. It is hard to describe how beautiful this villa really is and was spacious enough for our large party. A weekend wasn't long enough and we didn't want to leave. Gemma the hostess is so accommodating and went above and beyond for us. This has been such a memorable trip we are already planning our next one here. Do not hesitate to book this villa!

Mas Vives magic

This place is the perfect place to stay on with a large family as ours (14 people). The house is awesom and the landlord is the one most helpful I have ever come across. Gemma, you are a saint!!!👏😍

Mas Vives tops the chart

First of all, the house and property are exactly as appears in the photos. Everything was fantastic. And to top it off, our host Gemma along with Manel and Ariadna were incredible. They were so helpful with arranging transportation, helping with dinner reservations, and anything else they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. It made it just like home. It was all we could have wished for.

Gail’s 70th!

Wonderful time celebrating with my husband, 3 kids, spouses and 6 grandkids. House was so spacious and so well equipped. Had many meals at home because house was so comfortable but there were some great restaurants nearby. Gemma was a wonderful host and went way above her duties. Wonderful resource for suggestions, ideas, recommendations. And the chapel on the property is really special. Highly recommend.

The best stay EVER!

I cannot speak highly enough about our stay with Eva, Gemma and Manel. Communication and assistance from the hosts before, during and after our stay has been incredible. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it made our extended weekend just so straightforward, even for the 19 guests we had. The villa itself was even more amazing than we expected, there are no amount of photos that could do it justice. It’s absolutely stunning. So much so that we’re thinking of returning next year for a big family holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and these hosts to anybody, it was absolutely the most perfect weekend!

Carrie has been and excelent guest and group coordinator. We had a very good communication both before the arrival and during the stay. All the group was very nice and took very good care of the property. We will definitively recomend them to any host and we hope to welcome them again.

Absolutely stunning!

Words can’t describe how beautiful this place is and photos don’t do it justice. The villa is a beautiful space for relaxing and spending time as a group. We loved all the communal space, particularly the outside areas- fantastic for our group of 14 friends. The location is great, about half an hour from Barcelona on the train, and a nice walk to the beach/nearby village. Gemma is the perfect host and welcomed us with everything we could possibly have needed- even organising a yoga lesson which was just fabulous. We will absolutely be coming back to visit and can’t wait!

Great place for a large group

This villa was amazing. Great living living spaces, clean, private, well maintained. There is nothing negative about this beautiful villa. Our host was helpful in many ways and very kind. We would return anytime. We were a group of 11 adults. Everyone had enough space. If you plan to visit Barcelona during your stay, it’s about 30-35 minutes to the center of the city, and for us, we wish it would be a little bit closer.

Girls 50th birthday holiday

This was an amazing and very spacious property and just perfect for our group of 13. Gemma was the most helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to help with making our stay very relaxing. Having a car would be beneficial due to the location but not necessary as some public transport is available. Lots of fans are available but some air conditioning would definitely help to make it more comfortable, especially in the height of summer. We had a fantastic time and Gemma and her husband were so welcoming.

Best hen weekend

We booked Gemma’s villa for my hen do and we cannot fault it at all. The best thing by far about this property though is the incredible Gemma! She is a host that truly goes above and beyond! The little touches like makeup remover in all the bathrooms, running us to the shops and even getting us a welcome drink on arrival! The pictures do not do this property justice! We will most definitely be back! Thank you so much!
