The Space

Just 6 blocks from the beach this charming home away from home features a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing bright living room, and 2 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 4 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a comfy Full size bed. The contemporary styled couch in the living room also sleeps 2! Both bedrooms have a door to access the bathroom.

Note: No alterations to plumbing or furniture is permitted without prior approval from host.

Guest Access

There is a very cute little patio that you can access though your back door. Very pleasant place to have coffee or drinks.

Interaction with Guests

I pride myself on making your stay as great as possible, I'll be close by should you need anything.

The Neighborhood

You're gonna love this location!!!! We walk to all our favorite places... Abbot Kinney Ave (GQ's hottest street in America), Main St. (great for shopping, restaurants, and big bar scene), Rose Ave (great restaurants and cafes),and of course famous Venice Beach. There's also a huge Whole Foods around the corner, right in front of 'La Cabaña', a great Mexican restaurant with killer carnitas tacos that's open til 3am!!!!! Also, just in front of there, Casablanca....Amazing enchiladas suizas!

Getting around

LAX airport is just 15 min away. The bus stop is one block away so you can go to the 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica or connect to the metro to downtown. There is ample street parking and one parking space on the property if needed.
House Rules

Please, no smoking. This is a peaceful neighborhood so please no loud noise or music after 10. Beyond that I just ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and the apartment.
Early Check-ins and late check-outs will happily be accepted if at all possible. Back to back rentals may make early/late check-ins impossible.
