Lovely, roomy, quiet, ground floor apartment in a great location. Easy access to buses, metro, and train. Especially convenient to Versailles. Excellent bakery steps away as well as markets and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This place has the best equipped kitchen of all of the places that we have rented in our trip around the world.There is a patisserie and small grocery store steps from the front door an the subway is a 5 - 10 minute walk.

We had a great time here and would stay again with no hesitation. The neighborhood is great with a wide variety of shops -- bakeries, cheese, wine, butcher, flowers, chocolate -- within a 5 minute walk. A convenience store and laundromat are literally within 100 meters. The apartment is nicely furnished and comfortable for two people each in our own bedroom. We arrived during a heatwave and the struggles we had with the heat would have occurred anywhere. The host listed English as a language, however we were met upon arrival by her assistant who did not speak English. This was very confusing when I called her from the airport and met with her. In retrospect, I would have asked to log in to Wifi immediately and used Google Translate. The shower was confusing with a door that did not protect the floor from flooding -- we were probably warned about this but didn't understand. The laundry machine in the apartment was small and its drying function not working, but the laundromat on the block was great for our needs. Minor hiccups in the first couple of days but a great experience and highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment close to the river (you can view the Eiffel Tower in the evening), there's a delicious little bakery and a market less than a block away. The area is quiet, clean and safe! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this apartment when visiting Paris!

Paris short stay- 3 days.

Comfortable, homely, clean and convenient to bus transport and supermarkets, bakeries and open air market. We would definitely stay here again. Our stay was relaxing and our hostess made sure that we were provided with all the necessaties for a great holiday.

Beautiful quiet neighbourhood

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to amenities and transportation. There’s some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and a police police talk to kitchen. I would stay there again! Thank you so much, Monique.

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything you would need to feel at home. Fantastic restaurants within blocks, many markets and pharmacies right in walking distance. The metro station was a five minute walk. Staying here let us experience what living in Paris is like, yet close enough to the metro to get to major sights and museums easily. Thank you for sharing your lovely home .

Super quiet apartment located in a calm neighbourhood. Spacious ( for Paris), really clean and very functional. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is bigger than it appears in the photos. Communication with Monique was very easy and she was really helpful and accommodating. À great home base for visiting Paris. We hope to return.

The apartment was lovely and clean, with great charm but lots of mod-cons as well. The neighbourhood is gorgeous with a fabulous Boulangerie/Patisserie across the street along with two very good restaurants.The subway is only a block or so away and not nearly as complicated to maneuvre as I thought it might be. Paris itself was all decked out in fall colours and we loved every minute there or back in the apartment, Thank you Monique and I hope we get back to stay another time soon.
Dinner with family at Sapore Restaurant, just down the street.

Quiet location

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was located close to Metro stops, bakeries, restaurants and market within a half block away and the check in process was seamless. Monique's communication throughout the process was appreciated.

Good stay

Great neighborhood if you want something more calm and quiet. Lots of restaurants and the street market is nearby. Metro is easy to access. The kitchen was really easy to use. We enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location for a Paris trip

Appartement is perfect for a family who wants to stay for a week in Paris. We've missed nothing, everything was tidy, the way to the next Metro is very short (Exelman).. We will come back again !

Family city break

This is a really lovely apartment in a great location. Everything exactly as advertised in the listing. We had everything that we needed. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Paris in the future. Thank you Monique for a great stay.

This apartment was great for our exploration of the city. Convenient to transport, fairly close to everything. Also, it is beautifully furnished, quiet and cool even in the middle of July. Thanks for a great time in Paris!

Apartment close to Exelman metro to get to anywhere in the city. (1.5 blocks if you have your tickets, an extra block if you need to get to a ticket machine). Can walk about 700 meters to the bridge Pont du Garigliano for a great view of the Eiffel Tower, for the top of the hour light show. Large sitting room with a large dining table. Was a little tricky getting tv to the correct input but who comes to Paris to watch TV? I just did it out of curiosity. English language news channels available. Steel shutters that close on the back windows with the front windows with stylized bars. Street sees foot traffic but not a lot of cars. Small grocery 50 yards down the street. Also a patisserie/boulangerie even closer. Fun little crepe restaurant between the two and what was reported to be a very good Italian place in the opposite direction, though we didn’t have a chance to eat there. Seemed busy when we we went by a few times. There's a Monop about 6 minutes away near the bridge if you need more than what the little grocery has. Clothes washer in the kitchen. Takes a little to figure out as one of the settings seemed to want to never end. If you’ve got a lot of laundry to do, there is a laundry mat a few doors down. Tub slider glass still seems to let water out, even when done right but that seems true for most in France. Could have used a thicker pillow on the bed. Key thing to know is if you’re going in hot weather, there are just floor fans but no AC

Thanks for your comments and sorry for the domestic trouble ; you should 've call Maria, she is able to help for almost everything. About the exceptional heat in May, I shall tell you that very little apartments in Paris have AC (except the new buildings I guess). If this situation is to last, we may think of it. But,so far, when it is hot, the gardener waters the garden,and also my shutters when they are closed. That gives more freshness,andi s also more ecological

Quaint, perfect location for Woman’s World Cup adventure⚽️

This apartment was wonderful! All the amenities were provided that we needed. Our stay was perfect. The apartment was close to grocery, the street markets, the cafes, and the Parc de Princes for the Women’s World Cup games. The metro stations, and train stations were close too. We had a FABULOUS time!

Nice digs

We had a great stay. Nice area of the city. Our host spoke only French so that was a struggle. An alarm was set for the middle of the night in a locked area which was frustrating.
