Come discover Wrightsville Beach's premier oceanfront complex, Duneridge Resort!

This nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the third floor and has amazing ocean views you can enjoy from the oversized balcony. Both bathrooms have been remodeled, and the living room furniture has been updated. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed and a full private bathroom. The first guest bedroom has two full size beds, the second guest bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a full hall bathroom that each of these bedrooms share.

The sparkling oceanfront pool, beach access, and tennis court are just steps from your door. This comfortable, family-friendly condo is sure to please everyone. With elevator access and secure entrances, the Duneridge Resort makes it safe and easy to enjoy this highly desirable property.

Fun fun fun

This unit was fresh and welcoming. The view from the living area and master bedroom was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The added bonus was towels soaps were included. All very comfortable and well taken care off.

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is in very nice condition from the newly remodeled bathrooms to the well furnished kitchen. Beds were comfortable, decorations nice too. Only small complaints are the top heavy dining room chairs and carpet - I prefer tile at the beach. Otherwise a perfect place to enjoy our Spring vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen drawers had coffee grounds in them and it looked like dishes had just been wiped and put back in the cabinets. Some of the pots had to be scrubbed before using them also.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean and bright with excellent views of the ocean, a spacious pool, and a quick trip down the boardwalk to the beach. The condo was well-appointed and had everything we needed. It was near restaurants and shopping, ensuring we could easily pick up food and other supplies. The only drawback is that there are only 2 parking spaces and 2 sets of keys per the HOA. This was quite inconvenient since we had 3 cars and 3 families. I would definitely stay again if there were only 2 families staying.

No easy access to beach because pool and access walkways were closed off for repairs. Tv box not working in one bedroom. Screen door to patio kept falling out of track.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the tone of our entire vacation was negatively set in the first 30 minutes of arriving. We were early and told that in order to check in at noon, we would have to pay additional money. . From a business perspective, I completely understand the need for such a policy during high season. However, it was on shoulder season and almost all the units were unoccupied. Additionally, construction was going on the entire time we were there, which we were not told about in advance. From a customer service perspective, the team was completely short-sighted in charging us and then forcing us to wait 10 more minutes until exactly noon. It was an opportunity to delight the guest and instead became a disappointment. . While the unit was ok, the cleanliness of it was not. The floors of the kitchen, bathrooms and shower were slick with unseen grim and forced us to wear shoes or socks for the week. I would suggest you raise your customer service standards before raising such unreasonable expectations of your paying customers.

Beautiful Property, l questionable mangement

Property and location are beautiful. Communication was limited and poor. All of the VRBO stays we have had were accurately described and were an experience. Thus was a nice property and location but it was merely a business transaction with the property manager. Not an experience. Beautiful accommodations, great location. We were not told about construction under way. We were unaware that pool would be closed. None of this would be a deal killer but Communication was lacking. We were not a guest, we were a business transaction.

Wrightsville Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wrightsville Beach is a very enjoyable place for a vacation. The unit was clean, well-equipped and the resort had nice amenities. This part of the beach is quiet and family friendly. We had to return home unexpectedly mid-week, not knowing if we would return or not. When we did return to complete our stay, the Intracoastal on-call agent arranged for us to promptly and conveniently get the keys back after hours even though she was not on-site and had to come back. The only negative issue was an occasional strong sulphur smell of the shower water.

Such a nice experience

We had never stayed in this area for a week but felt like we got lucky by finding this condo. It had everything we needed for us and our son and his family. Nice beds, deck furniture, and the whole condo. I called the realty company handling the reservation and got responses quickly. Beautiful pool. I have never seen such a lovely pool in a condo area.

Amazing views but horrible internet access

The views and location were amazing. Loved the property, but for the price, there should be a secure internet for the unit and not a shared unprotected wifi for the entire property, which has an extremely weak signal. We had to use our own hotspot during our week long stay.

Great place to stay!

It was my daughter s 16th birthday. The rental was great. Weather didn’t really cooperate but we made it a great weekend:) we will rent here again !

The major problem was that there was construction work being done on the building, particularly on the apartment above us. So there was jack hammering on the ceiling M-F 9am-5pm. There was also a portable generator in the walkway outside our apartment running all day making a lot of noise and making fumes. The noise was unbearable. Truly it was awful staying there and the apartment should not have been available.

The balcony is spacious and shaded with amazing views. The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated and updated. The ocean and beach were clear, clean and not too crowded. Easy access to the pool and beach. There are carts near the elevator to haul all your stuff up to the room. Unfortunately, there is no grill on the property or grounds. Overall, we loved it here and plan to book again:)

Love Wrightsville Beach

Not worth the price

The property location is amazing, but this unit is not worth the price. It is run down, dated, the carpet is stained, and just feels dirty. I could tell the place had been cleaned before we arrived, and I don't feel another cleaning would have done it. It was more like a layer of grime was on everything. It was ok for us for the week. As I said- the location is amazing, the pool was very nice, and the deck is awesome. I just don't think this unit is worth what they charge per night. We could have gotten a nicer place for that amount. It needs painted/deep cleaned/and updated to be worth that amount. The rental company was very helpful and kind- no complaints about them. If the unit had been in better condition this would be a 5 star review.
