Come check out this well-maintained and comfortably decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo located at the highly desirable Duneridge Resort. There is a queen size bed in the oceanfront master bedroom, along with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The two sound facing bedrooms have a queen size bed in the first bedroom, and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs, and the living and dining rooms serve as a great space to come together for meals or a movie night. Enjoy incredible oceanfront views or your morning coffee from the spacious balcony!

Conveniently located near the oceanfront pool, beach access, and elevator, this property makes it easy to enjoy all of the amenities Duneridge has to offer. Feeling active? Duneridge Resort May 20-23, 2022

Nice property, although somewhat dated. Main issue was TV had no instructions so had to call maintenance to get it to work. So had no TV Friday night and had to wait until maintenance came to fix it, which was Sat noon. Also, very noisy with exterior maintenance taking place even through the weekend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was at best OK. Looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years, especially the bathrooms. Hall closet was so full of I assume the owners stuff that we couldn’t even put a beach bag in it. No shelve space in all the rest of the closets including the pantry. If it wasn’t for the beautiful view I would rate it lower.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was good. There are a few items that need to addressed in the unit. The internet connection is poor. In addition the Wi-Fi is not password protected. The storage for groceries is limited due to the clutter in the areas designed for storage.

Furniture looked like rejects from other places; door handle to deck feel off repeatedly; no useful deck furniture. We will continue to stay at Duneridge, but I will view the video of the condo and furnishings more carefully.

Renovation needed

Reviewer Comments: My family has rented in Duneridge since it was first built in 1990Over the years many owners have improved their units. Recently many have totally renovated them.. kitchens, baths, flooring, furnishings, etcUnfortunately, the owners of this unit have done minimal work. The wallpaper has to be from the 90’s and is dirty and peeling. The baths are original with maybe new fixture here and there. The guest bedrooms are suitable but the master and living room are pretty beat up. Cream wall to wall carpet with area rug stuck under bar stools to hold in place, lots of furniture from all over, master closet stuffed with old pillows, bedspreads, etc The balcony furniture is suitable. The kitchen has lots of good utensils etc but again laundry area is crammed with too much stuff!If the owner wants the same rent as a renovated unit that is cleaned out and renovated, they need to spend some money, time and effort.This is the most unpleasant unit I have ever stayed in.. sorry!

Beautiful Beach

The interior is in need of updating as the furniture is worn out. The bedspreads were stained and the master bedroom’s had a rip. The rugs in the second bathroom were dirty. We loved the porch and the view.

Our son graduated from UNCW a few years ago and we were in Wrightsville a lot for about 5 years. We have stayed on the property over the years and this unit was good for us for this vacation weekend. Family vacation to Wrightsville Beach

There are 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is clean but it’s dated. The owners should really update the place, get rid of the carpet and old dated tubs and it could be really beautiful and I would suggest a king size bed in the master as there is plenty of room. It could also use a better darkening shade in the master due to full sun. It’s nice but really dated.

Unit 2304 was nice and accommodated our family of six. The large family room and comfy sectional was great. It could, however, use some upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The balcony was amazing, and especially having the fireworks over the 4th of July! It was a great vacation!

Elevator Killed Our Vacation!

Reviewer Comments: The view from the condo was great, the location was fantastic, the condo was nice but a little dirty and out of date. The building elevator did not work the entire time during our vacation. My parents are elderly and my father has heart and knee issues and was dependent upon this elevator working. When we arrived late on September 10th, my elderly parents had to traverse the 46 stairs to the third floor condo. They were very displeased to say the least. What we thought would be repaired the next day was not and never was during our three night stay and my parents had to enjoy the ocean from the deck and living room of the condo. My parents saved their money for this vacation and feel as though their money was stolen from them. A working elevator would have made a world of difference for my family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience and great service from Intercoastal. A few things about the condo were not up to par. The light in the master bath was very dim and a few of the light bulbs were burnt out. The mattress in the master bedroom was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The cupboards are very disheveled with the pots and pans that you had to perform a balancing act to get anything out. Other than these things mentioned, the condo has a great view and is clean. Duneridge has the best pool on Wrightsville Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable week staying at Duneridge 2304. The property provided all that we could have asked for and was very comfortable. We had one minor issue with the sliding glass door to deck, but the problem was fixed immediately when reported to Intracoastal. The appliances appeared to be relatively new and were in good working order. Our only minor complaint is that the dishes did not seem to be as clean as we would have liked, but we attribute that to prior renters. We have stayed at Duneridge multiple times in recent years and it is our favorite beach vacation destination!

The coffee maker was old and dirty. The pots and pans were not organized in the cupboards and were hard to find without them all crashing out. The twin bed frame in one of the bedrooms squeaked badly and was annoying. Other than these few items, there is a great view and we would certainly rent again.

Great Views, Makeover Required

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Desperately needs a makeover- wallpaper, carpet, stools, and most furniture is very dated. Toaster doesn't work, it won't stay down and only toasts on one side :/ Found a dead cockroach in the hall bath! The building is also in need of repairs-windows are fogged up and peeling. While the view and beach were delightful I would not recommend this unit.
