Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the best location Wrightsville Beach has to offer. This property has experienced an incredible make over that includes a new kitchen and totally transformed baths. Come enjoy the new tile floors, custom furnishings and decorator finishes throughout. The master bedroom has wonderful ocean views, a king bed, access to the ocean front balcony, and a full private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin, and there is a full bathroom in the hall.

An oceanfront balcony with gorgeous beach and water views will soon have you relaxed and ready for the vacation of your life. There is an on site pool and tennis court, great for your group!

The view of the ocean and access to the beach and nearby restaurants etc. was wonderful! Also appreciated the security measures in place at the property.

Wonderful beach trip!

Lovely property - well stocked - with an incredible ocean view. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and fun. We had a phenomenal week.

Great Location

Everyone was so nice from the min i picked up my keys to the time I dropped them off! Location is very secure and perfect for the Ironman event.

Master bedroom and master bathroom in our unit are combined in a way that prevents privacy. It is a walk through the toilet and shower (glass doors) area to get from the living area to the master bedroom.

Wonderful vacation spot

We loved our stay here and Wrightsville Beach overall! What a great town. This condo was very clean, check in and out process was easy, property manager was very responsive, view is amazing and location of the condo is ideal. There were only a few negatives. First, the laundry facilities are on site but not in the condo. The listing does not say that washer/dryer is in the condo but I had assumed this. It was not a big deal but a minor annoyance. Second, the key situation can be a bit cumbersome. I like the security. But our key into and out of the pool was tricky. Also, you are only given two keys and we had many people going in and out separately so it was annoying at times. That being said, the pool was very well maintained and clean. I also loved the storage by the pool for all of your beach supplies. We would stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very accommodating. The good points are the kitchen supplies, the proximity to the restaurants and the view. The issues were the 2nd bedroom with the queen and single needs a new mattress on the queen - it slopes to the middle. The main bathroom in the hall had a clogged drain so your shower turned into a bath. The unit wasn't cooling when we first arrived due to a completely clogged filter. There were only 4 dining room chairs and we had 5 staying the week with one of the chairs being unstable. Still a great week!

Nice location on Wrightsville Beach

My husband and adult children stayed at 5I and enjoyed our vacation. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with amenities. We were a little disappointed that we could not open the windows or door to the porch in the master as they were locked/taped shut and the beds were very squeaky. Otherwise great location and fun time!

Station 1 condo

Location is excellent even after season. Swimming pool closes mid-September but weather was warm enough to enjoy the beach. Tennis courts were closed for repairs so that was a disappointment. Condo kitchen is well equipped if you don't want to take advantage of many restaurants in the area.

There were 2 bed and 2 baths so that worked well for us. Well stocked kitchen. Big coffee pot. Beautiful view. Easy access to downstairs area to move in and out. A few things: queen size bed is in dire need of being replaced. The center of it is like falling into a big hole. All the bed pillows need to be replaced. Flat and not clean looking. The floors were very slippery. Maybe the cleaner is too slick for tile ?? Door number has rusted and it was hard to find the door. We had to put canola oil on the door key so that it would be slick enough to open and close the door. Perhaps rusted?? All and all a very nice place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Station I and plan to return in 2020. The pool was perfect as my two year granddaughter decided the beach really wasn't for her! Farrior is a very nice place. Thinking three bedrooms may suit us better next time. The only suggestion would be to get coded doors. The keys didn't always want to work due to the salt. Of course, I understand that security is probably better with the key as it would be very easy to give the code out to someone. However, security was awesome and everyone was extremely nice! Loved it!!

The property was clean, the building was quiet, the views were awesome, and the staff was super helpful. We loved the beach gear storage area by the pool, the restaurants / cafes just across the street, and the family-friendly atmosphere everywhere we went. Our only complaint was the faulty key locks across the property. We had to spend several minutes trying to unlock multiple doors throughout the building - a problem other guests seemed to be having as well. Upgrading to keyless entry, or even key cards, across the property would be a small but game-changing fix!

They needed to be up dated. Otherwise everything else was great and location was perfect to walk to everything.
