The Magrana is a two-storey detached house located in the city of Girona with a PRIVATE POOL COMPLETELY RENOVATED in 2025.
The house has also a safe and private garage to store your bikes and space enough to adjust and repair your bikes after your daily cycling trainings.
You can enjoy the terrace and the garden in front of the house.
The property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a toilet to the common areas.
Four bedrooms has double beds and the fifth has a bunk bed. Three of the bedrooms has bathrooms en-suite and the other two bedrooms must share the fourth bathroom.
Standard set up is to 10 people although the house is up to 14 people because we can place extra single beds in the large bedrooms if needed.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and fixtures you will need during your stay. It also has dining table for fourteen diners next to the living room where you can enjoy a reading area or enjoy a warm space with large sofa next to the fireplace and the smart TV.
There's also a laundry room with a washing machine (detergent and fabric softener included), extra small refrigerator, ironing table.
It has 3 terraces, one of them which with a barbecue, tennis-table and outdoor table that allows you to enjoy meals in the evenings.
The whole house has heating, air conditioning and free WiFi.
The Magrana is located in a quiet residential area in Montjuïch's district in Girona city.
Stunning views ranging from the Catalan Pyrenees to the city centre which you will have at your feet.
There's also a laundry room with a washing machine (detergent and fabric softener included), extra small refrigerator, ironing table.
The convenient location of the house invites you to enjoy from a nice walk from the property to the old town through the quiet neighborhood.
You can also reach the city centre by bus Line#1 which runs every 15 minutes during weekdays.
The Magrana is located within driving distance to la Costa Brava (40 minutes) and an hour ago to Barcelona city. The house is also located in a residential street so you've always many free parking spots in front of the house and another spot inside the property.
