1. Maximum Occupancy is 10 Guests, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 9.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Dollar Point amenities (including a swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.

Wonderful house

We had a great stay at this well appointed home in Dollar Point. It had everything you would need for cooking great meals. The beds were very comfortable. It fit three families well, and we enjoyed lounging by the fireplace after a long day skiing. Super close to Alpine, Squaw and Homewood ski resorts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

great house...but

TV in main room was a problem...couldn't change channel last day we were there, we all used computers instead. Screen door off kitchen very touchy and slams. No blue card for beach....so you could actually pay $10 a head and if the attendant isn't there at gate you still cant access the beach. We liked to swim late when no body was there and had to ask someone to open gate for us....they did so reluctantly.

Beautiful House close to world class skiing!

Lovely house with plenty of towels and bedding for everyone, and ample utensils and dinnerware in the kitchen. Lovely garden. Beautifully clean, though some towels were dirty and needed to be put through a wash. We also found the house to be a little dark... but that just may be personal preference. Overall a fab stay!

It is up to date and very well stocked with linens, towels, supplies and kitchen utinsels. the yard is well maintained and the house was presented very clean..The only thing we noticed was the large amount of cob webs in the windows and in the interior on the ceiling and light fixtures.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very beautiful and well maintained. Overall it was a wonderful place to rent. The issue we had were the beds. I have never slept in such uncomfortable mattresses in such an updated home. The matresses and pillows need to be replaced ASAP. People expect to be comfortable especially in a nice home. The worst ones were in the loft. They were not matresses but more like box springs and I would not advertise them as extra beds in their condition.

Happy Holiday Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Serenity at Dollar Point with two other families for Christmas week, 2014. The size of the house worked really well for our large group and overall it was a great house. We discovered, however, that we were the first group to rent the house after it had gone through a big renovation so there were a few glitches. It was very clean and most appliances were brand new, but it would be good for the owner or prop. manager to stay in the house to see what is still needed, esp. for a large group. For example, there were no bath mats, kitchen needs a good large fry pan for bacon, pancakes, etc., and the spice drawer could have had at least a few packets of sugar and salt and pepper grinder. A few extra chairs for the dining table would be nice; our large group had to be creative with seating. The large garage was very nice for our 12+ pairs of ski boots and ski gear and food coolers. The master bed was OK. Seems like the down topper was trying to make it more comfy, but the bottom line is that the mattress is being reused from other times and is kind of hard. The shower fixtures were confusing to everyone and those of us with reading glasses had the hardest time figuring out the hot/cold settings. The loft was a great asset for the teens who watched the Harry Potter Marathon on the TV in the room and had a place to hang out away from the adults. It also slept the three large young adult males and could have fit more if necessary. Finally, it should be made clear that the pool is not open in the winter. The heading says it's walking distance from house, but doesn't say for summer use only. We thought there was a hot tub at the pool for winter use, but there is not. Of course, it would be awesome if this house had a hot tub. Overall, everyone really enjoyed the house and we'd rent it again even with the minor glitches.

Just the right number of bedrooms and sleeping accommodations as well as several areas that are well suited for catching up, playing games and general "hanging out". Our only recommendation would be to retake the photos on the rental site as we thought it was far more attractive in person. Thanks for the wonderful time.......
