This is not your typical rental with hand-me-down everything. From the moment you walk in, you will feel at home in this cozy beach cottage. This lavishly redone home has a spacious master suite with jetted tub and stall shower, plus sliding doors to the heated pool. A privacy fence surrounds the pool with landscape lighting that makes you feel like you're at a 5 star resort. The master has a quiet sitting area for reading and a dressing table. Relax in the large living room with wide-screen TV and electric fireplace (no mess, just ambience!), or hang out in the pool surround with your morning java & paper. The roomy second bedroom has its own private bath with tub shower. There is also a TV as well. Both bedrooms have high end bed linens. Our small office has a desk, wi-fi, and a 3 in 1 printer. Coming soon: a TV & chairs. The kitchen has the latest appliances (induction stove & convection microwave) and is well equipped for those who like to cook. Don't care to cook? There is a plethora of fabulous restaurants just three short blocks from your door. The screened lanai has lounging chairs, a dining table and a grill, plus lots of pool toys for kids & adults alike. Our front porch features a small seating area for two, plus a bistro table under the trees for al fresco dining. Our laundry room is equipped with new washer/dryer, iron & board. A quiet, safe getaway perfect for a couple or family where you can walk or bike to everything you need.
