The apartment is located in a lovely rural village in the heart of the Regional Park of Campo dei Fiori just 10 minutes from the city center.
Comfortable, quiet and surrounded by greenery, is ideal for those seeking relaxation and at the same time looking for a basis from which to enjoy the many hiking paths and numerous proposals for excursions in the area.
The apartment consists of a large entrance hall with reading area, a comfortable living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with bath that can be used as a shower.
From the village you can follow many paths prepared by the Park to enjoy beautiful walks in the woods.
From Varese then you can make day trips on Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands, Lake Como, Lake of Lugano and Milan before returning in the evening by the magical atmosphere of the small village.

What a cosy holiday location!

In September 2023, we spent four days of our holiday in the small, quiet village of Bregazzana near Varese (there you find a lot of shops and restaurants if you need them). We enjoyed the lovely terrace from where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, and the silence there at this place was so soothing. There are numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area, including Lago di Lugano as well as Lago Maggiore and numerous other small lakes. The flat is very well equipped and very cosy and tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is very bright and spacious. Everything went very well with the booking, the host always answered promptly and was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to a pictorial description of how to get there, we found our accommodation straight away - great! We enjoyed our holidays in Bregazzana to the fullest and will gladly come back - also because the price/performance ratio is fantastic.

Al di sopra delle aspettative

2 settimane in questo bellissimo borgo all'insegna del relax. La casa superpulita e dotata di ogni comfort senza tralasciare la stupenda vista, il tutto all'insegna di cortesia e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari. Non mancherà certamente l'occasione di tornare a trovarvi. Grazie di tutto!

Urlaub abseits vom Mainstream

Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Das Badezimmer ist angenehm groß und die Terrasse haben wir sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen ausgiebig genutzt. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5 Minuten in Varese und in der Wohnung hängen Informationen in mehreren Sprachen, wo man einkaufen kann. Man ist in weniger als einer Stunde am Lago Maggiore und auch nach Como und Mailand oder in die Schweiz ist es nicht weit. Die Pizzeria ist fast direkt gegenüber und bietet außer Pizza (3 Seiten auf der Speisekarte!) auch typische Gerichte der Umgebung an. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und die Anreise und das Einchecken verlief reibungslos. Wer Urlaub abseits vom Massentourismus machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Schöne Wohnung!

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos, die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und man ist schnell am Lago Maggiore sowie am Comer See.

Ruhig gelegene und saubere Wohnung in einem Bergdorf

Gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung in einem kleinen Bergdorf. Ungefähr 40min vom Lago Maggiore und etwa 1h vom Comer See entfernt. Die schräg gegenüberliegende Pizzeria war sehr lecker und man war unter Einheimischen. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und kommunikativ. Das Auto konnte man etwa 2min von der Wohnung entfernt auf der Straße kostenfrei parken. Wer also eine ruhig gelegene und saubere Wohnung unter Einheimischen sucht und wem längere Autofahrten über die italienischen Straßen nichts ausmachen, ist hier genau richtig! Vielen Dank Gaetano!

Peaceful location, clean and everything you need.

The owner was super helpful and available when we had questions. The property was clean, homely and was well equipped for cooking at home. We loved it. You need a car to get here and there is a bus service which runs roughly on the hour into Varese. Great location for visiting and getting to Lakes Majiore, Lugano, Varese and Como. All stunningly beautiful.

Italy far away from mass tourism

Very scenic and very quiet location in an old stone house in the little village Bregazzana, which is a town dictrict of Varese (you need about 15 minutes to reach the city center, car is necessary!). Furnishing is simple but you find everything you need. The terrace is very beautiful with a nice view to the mountains, great for breakfast (morning sun!). The friendly restaurant "Locanda di Bacco" on the other side of the street serves great pizzas and local specialities. Perfect base for excursions to the region of Varesotto and the lakes of Varese, Lugano, Como and Lago Maggiore. If you stay there visit Sacromonte di Varese, one of the most impressing historic monuments we ever saw!!!

Situation idéale pour les lacs

Petit appartement charmant , sur les hauteurs de Varese , assez grand pour 2 personnes , avec terrasse qui doit etre très agréable quand il fait beau ; à l'intérieur d'un petit village typique et tranquille dans lequel se situe une très bonne pizzaria . Tout est conforme à la description et est bien entretenu. Pour un prochain séjour dans cette magnifique région , nous y retournerons à coup sur. M et P

Nous y avons passé une semaine à quatre, deux adultes, deux enfants (11 et 14 ans). Tout d'abord nous avons été accueillis, peu chaleureusement il faut l'avouer, par la mère du propriétaire qui réside dans l'appartement juste en dessous, et nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire avec lequel les échanges se font. Elle ne parle pas un mot de français et c'est donc très difficile, voire impossible de communiquer avec elle si on n'a pas de bases en l'italien. Concernant l'appartement, il est agréable, clair et calme. Mais deux points mériteraient d'être revus: - le canapé qui est ancien et vraiment très inconfortable pour la nuit. Il peut à la limite convenir pour un seul enfant, certainement pas pour deux. - le frigo qui est fichu! Soit il ne fonctionne pas, soit il gèle les aliments. Nous avons dû jeter pas mal de choses... Enfin un conseil si vous choisissez d'y aller: ne vous avancer pas en voiture jusqu'à la location, garez-vous avant, et allez voir à pied car la ruelle est fort étroite!

Très agréable lieu de séjour

Logement bien entretenu, avec une terrasse très agréable. La pizzeria toute proche est excellente. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un hameau près de Varèse. Les possibilités de randonnées et d'activités touristiques sont très nombreuses et variées.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Varese.L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter les lacs majeur,Come et Orta. La pizzeria voisine est a recommander.Le propriétaire est très sympathique et peut gentiment venir vs chercher quand comme nous vous avez un peu de mal a trouver le quartier.. Pour un séjour au printemps...prévoir quelques pulls..l'appartement est un peu frais..

Uns hat die FeWo sehr gut gefallen, für 2 Personen sehr großzügig (weitere 2 Pers. könnten im Eßzimmer schlafen), viel Stauraum, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Morgensonne auf dem Balkon, schnell funktionierende Heizung für kühle Herbstabende, viele Prospekte, einschl. Wanderkarte und Schiffahrtsplan. Gute Lage, um zu den umliegenden Seen zu kommen, für Besichtigungen und zum Wandern (gut markierte Wege). Absolut ruhig, man ist aber schnell in der Stadt. Anfahrtsbeschreibung war super, Vermieter freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Verbrauchskosten waren incl., Internet hat 2 x nicht funktioniert, aber sonst alles bestens. Uns hat die FeWo sehr gut...

Uns hat die FeWo sehr gut gefallen. Für 2 Pers. sehr großzügig,bestens ausgestattet, viel Stauraum (2 weitere Pers. könnten im Eßzimmer übernachten), Heizung war an kühlem Herbstabend angenehm (und schnell warm). Morgensonne auf dem Balkon .Absolut ruhig und doch nicht weit von der Stadt. Gute Lage, um an die umliegenden Seen zu fahren, Städte anzuschauen, aber auch, um zu wandern. Wege sind gut markiert. Anfahrtsbeschreibung top, gute Infos in der Wohnung (sogar Wanderkarte, Schifffahrtsplan..), Schlüsselübergabe zeitlich nach Wunsch,Vermieter freundlich,hilfsbereit und flexibel. Verbrauchskosten waren incl., nur Internet hat 2 x nicht funktioniert.
