Beautiful, two-bedroom house, located across the street from Scarborough beach. Enjoy ocean views from the deck and living room. Enjoy all the amenities, beautiful bedrooms, with new hardwood floors, linens, renovated bathroom, wireless internet, flat screen TV's in each room, expansive deck, large comfy outdoor shower/dressing room and much more!!

Quiet and great proximity to the beach

The location was excellent to the beach. It was very quiet at night. We only had short drives to many good restaurants. The house itself was a perfect size for 4 adults. It was nice to hang out on the deck and all the beach supplies we needed were available. The house needed a thorough dusting as it was pretty dusty, but other than that we had a great weekend stay.

Perfect Location and Everything We Needed for a Great Week

We had a great stay. The location is ideal for a week at the beach. You can see Scarborough Beach from the porch and enjoys lovely walks at Black Point Conservation Area. Easy drive or bike ride into town or down to Point Judith. What luxury to have a place with a washer/dryer and dishwasher and an outdoor shower. The house is small, but who needs a big house when you're going to be outside all week anyway?! My husband and I were quite comfortable sharing the house with my mother. We will be back!

Great getaway

We had a great time. Beautiful Scarborough beach is just a few minute walk. You can see the ocean from the living room and hear the waves. Property was very comfortable. Great restaurants in Narragansett. Great place to stay. Our second time there.

Excellent on many levels!

Location is outstanding! Quick walk to beach views. Pets allowed. Everything that you could need is supplied at this house! I recommended it to folks staying next door and they booked for July into August! Highly recommend.

Prime Beach Location

Great home for any beach lover. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. House was perfect for myself and my wife along with our dog. House had everything you need. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Look forward to our next stay.

Cute house in a great location!

We had a great few days in this cute little house. We loved that the beach was basically across the street and the house already has everything you could possibly need for a beach day!! The only thing I will say is that the description and pictures in the listing stated 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. In actuality it was one bedroom with a queen bed and the other had 2 twin beds. No complaints as we made it work but just for others to know when they rent in the future.

Cute house amazed at all the supplies provided disappointed in a few things not very clean fridge,blinds,found a pill on the floor on second bedroom,a baggie behind a dresser, coffee pot had to be scrubbed. Don’t know if you have a cleaning service may mention to them but overall a very cute house and of course the location was the best.

Great location and beautiful home!

The location of this property was perfect, a short walk across the street and we were at the beach. The home itself is wonderful beach cottage with views of the ocean. Definitely would recommend!

Very nice beach house and location

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. Great location across the street from the beach with a nice view from the living room. Scarborough Beach is a beautiful beach and we went daily throughout the week. Great restaurants close by also.

Perfect RI Beach House

Another beautiful 2 weeks at Scarborough Beach!

We love just about everything about this neat little cottage. It is one block up from the beach - a 5 minute walk at the most. The bedrooms have air conditioners. There's an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, dishwasher, totally awesome TV, deck, grill, and shed loaded with beach paraphernalia so you don't have to haul it with you. Even a Keurig coffee pot! You can actually see the water from the cottage. We have stayed at this wonderful place for the past two years - and we look forward to a third.

Walk to the Beach

We loved our trip to Narragansett. The house was close to all the necessary amenities and offered comfort and relaxation. Walking to the beach is much better than having to pay for parking!!! 3 min walk max, from door to the waves. Everything we needed was provided and it was nice that guests that came before us had left behind some durable goods we were allowed to use. I love that. The only issue we had, was that our stay wasn't long enough.

Love the location

Back for year 2! Once again we had a great time. The house felt like we never left! Very clean and plenty of dishes, glasses, beach chairs, wagons, towels etc.. Holly has thought of everything. We loved cooking out on the deck but we also eat out in a number of great places in the area. Narragansett Beach are as well as Galilee are so close with plenty of shopping and eating to be had!

John and I love Narragansett.The beaches are beautiful and there is so much to do! From relaxing on the beach, hopping on the Block Island ferry, Watching the boats, and enjoying everything Narragansett has to offer!
John and I spent a year looking for the perfect beach cottage. Immediately, we knew 4 Defelice was the house for us! Being able to walk to the beach and see the water was a must.

You can walk or bike to everything! Park the car and forget about the keys. The beach is truly a 1-minute walk from the front door--but you might need some motivation to leave the tranquility of the beautiful deck. Our house is centrally located. You can walk to Scarborough beach or choose between three other beaches minutes away. There are tons of great restaurants in the area and the Block Island Ferry is 2 miles from the house.

Perfect for a family vacation - this house has it all. Beautiful views, yard, walk to the beach (and no walk-on fee!) and everything needed for a fabulous time at the beach. Scarborough is a great beach for all! Scarborough State Beach with its newly renovated pavilion and expanded beach area along with renovations to the Olivo’s and Lido’s beach areas, which are now referred to as the Scarborough South Complex, offer a wide range of beach related activities. Saltwater bathing with lifeguards on duty from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm will continue to be Scarborough’s biggest attraction along with picnicking, an observation tower with scenic views and boardwalk. People of all ages will find activities of interest from sun bathing on Scarborough’s sandy beach, and people watching on its boardwalk to picnicking under shaded shelters, and saltwater bathing in one of Rhode Island’s most popular spots.
