'Spectacular' 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sundance Mt. Home, Central A/C

This is one of the finest homes in the Sundance Resort area. It is located less than one mile from the ski lifts, thus making it very accessible to the activities of the resort, yet far enough away to give you the privacy and quietness one would expect in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Truly, a place to build memories.
We just added Central A/C as this summer has been super hot everywhere, but not in the Home.

We are located just minutes away from the Provo river, known for its great brown trout fishing. Park City is a fun town just a short 25 minute drive where you can find more skiing, the alpine slide (summer), hiking, biking, golfing, and great restaurants. Outlet stores there are open year round. This was home for the 2002 Olympic ski jumping the luge events. Wasatch State Park located just minutes from Heber City is beautiful in summer and has gorgeous golf courses, it also is a great place to go snowmobiling in the winter. This will be the home for the cross country ski event.

Superb experience across the board. Beautiful place (essentially a big house, but with the rustic feel of a cabin). The AC was appreciated on relatively hot summer days. Our second time there, and we loved it once again.

Incredible, SO relaxing & beautiful!

We had the most incredible stay here! It was so inviting, relaxing and just overall wonderful! The cabin is homey and beautiful. The beds were all incredibly comfortable. Having the big porches on the front and back of the home was incredible! Hearing the stream out back was wonderful. The kitchen was more than fully stocked. We honestly had everything we needed and more there. There were kitchen gadgets like a crock pot for instance which I’m sure we would have used to have we been there longer. LOTS of extras! The home is spread out so nicely that you can have rather large family gathering and everyone can have their own space plus some! There are two living areas plus a game room upstairs which was wonderful. We utilized the extremely large living area mostly. We watched movies together and played games there. It is a BEAUTIFUL room! It is absolutely the perfect house (for any family) but especially if you have teenagers (that may stay up a bit later) and smaller children (who may go to bed earlier) because there are ample rooms to where you cannot hear everything going on all over the house. We had three generations with us and my MIL who is in her 70s. She was able to go to bed early without any problem at all in one of the downstairs bedrooms. She called it her “cave”! Also, we have a 13 yr. old daughter who really needs space where she can have quiet due to autism. Perfect setup for her! Also, the owner is extremely kind, helpful & responsive. LOVE!

Fabulous property! Owner was very responsive and very accommodating to any requests we had. Would highly recommend for groups as bedrooms were all very private and separated. Good for kids as well. Thank You!

Sundance

We’ve stayed in a number of rentals over the years, some of which were quite unique and fun, but my kids thought this was the best. My daughter called it “epic.” Such a beautiful setting, and we loved how you can hear the creek. With all the wood and stairs it was kind of hard to sleep once anyone else was up and around, but when you’ve got a big group of people together, that’s to be expected. Lots of games and great places to hang out.

Great time. Sad it was only one night.

My only complaint was the pool table inside leaned, as one of the table legs was off center, and the cues were broken so it made it hard to play pool with the kids. But such a nice stay, Mike was incredible and kind, beautiful home. I’d definitely rent again.

Even better than it looks

Beautiful setting in the woods, surrounded by tall pines and aspens. Quiet and peaceful. Other cabins nearby but no disruptions. Easily accessible by paved road. Comfortable cabin. Love the large gathering room.

Great ambiance!!

We loved the authenticity of the log cabin feel and location within earshot of the creek and within the woods. There was plenty of space and we loved it. Have been twice to the same property!!

Superior Stay near Sundance

The large rustic house has a wonderful floor plan! Each room has a balcony. It is well stocked with household items. And the location is picturesque! We absolutely loved our stay!

Great Mountain Cabin

Out family enjoyed a long summer weekend in this beautiful log cabin in the mountains. The weather was very hot and the air conditioning worked great. Lots of fun activities nearby including the hike to Stewart Falls, floating the Provo River, Timpanogas Cave, Heber Creeper and Sundance Zip Lines.

Cozy Getaway

Came with my family and we had a blast here. It was the perfect weather, the cabin was gorgeous & spacious for all of us, and we walked around enjoying the quiet & stillness of the neighborhood. There was even a funny incident where we were woken up by a squirrel tossing pine cones on to the deck. We even spotted deer in the back yard by the stream. Such a wonderful place to connect with family and enjoy the nature. Would highly recommend staying here.

Sisters' Getaway

My sisters and I stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful location. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of concerns when we arrived and notified the host. He was quick to respond and offered to do what he could to make things right.

We live in Orem, just down from Sundance about 20 minutes or so, we live somewhat of a hectic life and there is not a better place ( with exception perhaps of Hawaii)to unwind and truly relax. You will love it as we do.

This Mountain is very private and secluded...In the Summer it is simply fantastic and the temps are always about 15 degrees cooler than the Orem/Provo valley.
In the Winder, this is a Great place to Ski as Sundance limits the number of skiers on the Mountain, therefore, it is Never crowded.

From this home, you can just hike to just about anywhere in these beautiful mountains. Our favorite hike is to Stewart Falls, which is about 1.5 miles away and accessible from the Home.
