BOOKING TERMS & PRACTICAL INFORMATION

To keep rental rates competitive and fair, certain optional services are charged separately:

• Electricity (pool heating and, depending on the season, cottage heating): charged according to the meter reading at the end of your stay. This usually ranges between €40 and €100 per week, depending on the season and heating usage.

• End-of-stay cleaning: you may clean the property yourself before departure, or choose our optional cleaning service for €60.

• Linen: bed sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided (please bring your own).
