This nice villa has everything you want and more. Situated in an exclusive area only 200m from one of Nerja’ s best beaches, Burriana with many restaurants, bars and shops for your convenience. Not only do you have the beach on your doorstep, but your are only a 15 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Nerja town centre – home of the famous Balcon de Europa (a beautiful promenade). The villa itself has been decorated and fully furnished to a high standard. The separate spacious kitchen provides all the luxury you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and large fridge-freezer. The spacious living room has comfortable settees, a fireplace, satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. You will find air conditioning throughout the property. The villa has 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower). The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet with a washing machine and dryer on the entrance level. From the living room you have access to the barbecue area and private swimming pool. Tables, chairs, parasols and sun beds are all provided. If you enjoy dining outside to appreciate the sea views, there are sun blinds to create some shade. The villa also has a large roof terrace - another perfect place to enjoy the sun and views. Fast speed WIFI inclus. There is a garage

Fabulous spacious villa in wonderful location - 5 mins to beach area, 20 min to old town area (first bit uphill!!)So much outside space and excellent living space with fab aircon inside. Swimming pool and patio area good size and well used.Communication with Debby excellent small issue resolved quickly, great recommendations for bars/restaurants. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nerja.

Really enjoyed our stay at Eden Villa, good communication with Debby who arranged taxi transfers from Málaga Airport and back. The Villa had all we needed for 3 adults, but could easily sleep 6. The pool, and the various terraces, especially the roof terrace were all well used. The location is very good with access to the beach only 5 min walk and town centre 15 min walk. Very pleased with the Villa and would definitely return.

Enjoyable Stay at Villa Eden

The villa was exactly as listed. It was very well equipped and the host was responsive. It was in a great location up a very easy 400 meters hill from the beach. Playa Burriana has many restaurants if you don’t feel like going to town. The main Town is up quite a steep hill but taxis are readily available. We had a perfect stay here and definitely would return.

Holiday in Nerja

Our stay in Villa Eden was great! The beach a stone's throw away, peaceful and quiet area, the own pool was so lovely to have! Debby was so helpful to arrange taxi to and from the airport, and letting is leave the luggage when We har checked out. The Villa had everything you needed! Fantastic terraces to enjoy food we cooked in the villa in the evenings. Plenty of space. We would love to come back!

Great stay at Villa Eden

We stayed at Villa Eden for about 10 nights. We have been coming to Nerja for 15 years and and we all agree that Villa Eden was the best place we have stayed to date. We had a small issue with hot water which was most likely a fluke due to the country wide power issue, and Debby had it resolved straight away. We also had an issue getting a pickup from the airport for someone and Debby was able to resolve that issue as well. This location is perfect for going to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and walking into town (10 minutes). We will definitely look into booking this villa again.

Maison très agréable et très bien placée

Je recommande ce logement à 100%. Très bien placé à côté d’une grande plage. A 20 min à pied du centre de Nerja qui est très dynamique : restaurant, bar, boite. L’hôte est très accueillante et très réactive lorsqu’on a des questions. Merci à Debby pour ce super séjour de 1 semaine.

Great holiday

We liked the property very much. It was clean, spacious and comfortable . We appreciated the sunny terrace with its lovely views. The pool is small but adequate for a dip and little swim to cool off. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The main area is very touristy but the smaller beach to the right at the bottom of the hill is great. The walk into town took us about 15 minutes . It is uphill to start with but not a problem. Debby was lovely , helpful and went above and beyond to sort out everything we needed. She arranged our return transport to the airport which was so helpful. We would be more than happy to stay here again.

Perfect Spot

We had a wonderful week at Villa Eden. The villa is so conveniently placed for Burriana and a nice walk to Balcon. The children barely left the pool, it was perfectly sized for us. We had a very comfortable stay and found the facilities perfect. Debby was so helpful all through the process. We'd love to visit sometime in the future!

Beach Villa

Had a lovely fortnight in Nerja staying at this wonderful villa a few minutes walk from Burriana beach with all its lovely bars and restaurants and a 15/20 minute stroll into the the old town itself. Debby was great to deal with and always available for the few small issues that arose and check in and out was equally effortless too . The property itself was large, clean and very comfortable with plenty of outside space and a nice little pool for cooling off and playing with the kids and private secure parking. One little thing to be aware of for anybody with mobility issues is that there are a lot of steps involved but other than that, can't recommend highly enough. Thanks Debby.

Certainly not disappointed

First impression was Wow! Spacious, clean, comfortable with everything we needed (except milk in the fridge for a much needed cup of tea when we arrived at 11pm - so it had to be wine instead!) Sadly, despite excellent security on the doors for all but the terrace door, the villa was broken into during our stay with valuables and money taken - it was dealt with efficiently but a safe in the property would be a welcome addition. For anyone with mobility issues the steep climb up the driveway and the stairs to the door are a killer! We had a lovely holiday though and would recommend this villa

Fantastic Place

Really cant fault this place. Everything you need is here. 5 mins from beach and 15 mins walk to Nerja main area (Balcon). There are local bars/restaurants shops on the beach (5 mins) as well. Debby was always quick to respond and very helpful. Will hopefully be back next year.

Great October break for a week

Great location of villa, nearby beach, local shops, bars and restaurants. Only a 20min walk to bigger supermarket and to main Nerja balcony of Europe with loads more cafe's with smaller beaches dotted between. Villa, v clean, roomy and welcoming with a few essential kitchen cleaning items to see you through the stay. Property over 3 floors plus roof terrace and garage. Loads of seating in different outdoor positions to get Sun or shade, great morning to early evening Sun on pool. Nearby main road but slightly off which is v private. Nerja main bus station 20min walk with bus to Nerja caves, less than 3 euro return. Deal on caves/museum visit. No need of car if staying local. Debby kindly arranged taxi from airport to/fro villa for 4 at 70 euros, took the hassle out of car hire/ moving luggage about buses. Enjoyed brewing coffee for outdoor breakfast, relaxing on pool inflatables 😎and even reading books left over from other visitors. Local festival added atmosphere to trip as Oct near end of season but Spanish still v welcoming to tourist. Just remember policy of not returning any items forgotten to take home 🤣

Fantastic location!

This villa is in the perfect location to explore Nerja, 3 minute walk to the restaurants that line the lovely Burriana Beach. The bus stop and tourist information is just across the road. A 20 minute walk over the hill takes you to Balcón de Europa with its lanes of shops, restaurants and views. The villa itself has everything you need, the cooling pool and views from all the terraces were the highlights for us! - we’ll miss our early evening drinks on the rooftop terrace. Debby was brilliant throughout - thank you

Je recommande cette location a 100%

nous avons été très content de notre séjour a nerja . la maison est extra , tout y est . très bien placée , proche de la plage 2 mn a pieds et pas loin du balcon de l’Europe . Idéal si nous louons pas de voiture . Debby et simon nous ont très très bien accueillis merci a eux. je recommande.

Great stay

Wonderfull location , lovely views with great terraces, roof terrace needs aparasol or some protection from sun .and some cushions for great sofa . Also a safe would have been appreciated. Had agreat time and Debby was terrific solved any problem we had.
