Amazing Property Close To Beaches/Golf Course/Railway Trails

This attractive townhouse style property consists of 2 bedrooms which both contain full en suite bathrooms. There is also a queen sofa and the entire unit sleeps six comfortably. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has one double bed and single bed and both contain flat screen televisions. Both bedrooms and full baths are contained on the upper level while the kitchen and living room are downstairs. The kitchen consists of a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave (all stainless steal), kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery, cookware etc. There is also an island with 2 chairs and a breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs. The living room contains a sleep sofa couch, regular couch and television.

The 1,500 square foot unit is fully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. There is tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and new flooring throughout the rest of the unit. There are walk-in closets, ample storage space, laundry facilities and a half bath on the ground level. The unit also comes equipped with internet and wifi, cable television, a telephone land line, towels and linen, iron and ironing board and parking. A large lawn and private patio are also available equipped with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs.

This is a non smoking unit that does not allow pets but smoking is allowed outside. As a family property, children are welcomed. Prearranged rides to grocery store and beach are available upon request. Laundry and cleaning services available upon request.

The property is located minutes away from a variety of wonderful restaurants including: the Lost in Triangle Restaurant, The Waterlot Inn Restaurant and Dock, Henry VIII, Island Cuisine, Mr. Chicken, The Wok, and The Gulf Stream. There are also several restaurants within the Elbow Beach Hotel (Lido, Sea Breeze, Mickey's Beach Bistro), Fairmont Southampton Hotel , Boundary Sports Bar and Grille , Belmont Hills(Blu and Divots) and The Reefs Hotel (Coconuts, Ocean Echo, Lounge + Terrace, Royston's).

Beaches

The unit is in close proximity to Elbow Beach (4 mins), Long Bay Beach (8 mins) and Horseshoe Bay (9 mins) Church Bay (10 mins) all by cab.

Golf Courses

The Property is approximately 2 minutes from the Belmont Hills Golf Course, , 7 minutes from Turtle Hill Golf Club at Fairmont Southampton and 15 minutes from the Port Royal Golf Course which was the home the PGA Grand Slam of Golf.

Public Transportation

The # 2 bus into Hamilton is at the bottom of the hill of the estate entrance a 2min walk and the 7 ot 8 bus is a 10min walk

The cab or electric mini cars are the best options for the area, you can move when your ready and if your not a walker you can avoid the hill

Thomasina was excellent in correspondence. Home is located in remote area without a car in off season. Very little light in home. Family compound so know relatives of owner are next to and in home across the way.

Thomasina was a really thoughtful, kind host. She was available but unobtrusive and gave some helpful pointers of things to do and see in Bermuda. We had a great stay and centrally located to explore the whole island.

The property was lovely. Lots of space and the interior was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The only critique would be the condition of the outdoor BBQ which was not cleaned or maintained from previous use. Although we ran out of water one morning it was quickly addressed by the owner.

Great location

Nice and spacious. Was perfect for me and my husband and another couple. Thomasina was very responsive to our texts and took care of little things right away. We would definitely stay here again.

1st time visit

Thomasina was a wonderful host! She was right on the property and available if we needed anything. She gave us lots of tips and drove us around the area a little. Accommodations were perfect for us. Only thing was it was not close to restaurants, stores and activities that were an easy walking distance. Roads are very narrow and most do not have sidewalks.

Great Stay!

Thomasina was did and excellent job at ensuring everything was ok and even invited us to take part in their family Good Friday celebrations! We felt like part of the family, they were all so helpful and friendly.The location to the bus stop is very close, however; anyone with mobility issues should know that when returning from the bus stop it is a relatively steep walk. We were a group of 4 (all 57 yrs and in good health) and we managed fine.Thank you Thomasina and family for a wonderful week. We loved Bermuda!

Middle of Everything

The house was exactly as advertised with a Fabulous Host and great accommodations!!!All the amenities were excellent and we had a great stay in Bermuda Thanks to this rental.PSGreat Park (Sothland) right down the block with trails to a dreamy beach!!!!!

Beautiful Accommodations in the Perfect Location

We booked this property based on the number of rooms and location that is close to our friends on the island. We LOVED that it was within a quick walk to Markey beach through Southlands Park. It was very spacious for the 2 couples plus a single adult who stayed there plus it was clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with from arrival to checkout. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.

Nice property, good location and friendly owner

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. In terms of value for money the property was worth what we paid. In terms of location it's close to a bus stop (route 2 - goes to Hamilton where you can catch every other route) and it's walkable to the beach, although not totally straight forward especially after dark. We weren't able to hire a car as we were a party of 5 so we had to do a fair bit of walking to get to shop (10 min walk), beach etc. Not a problem for us but if you have an issue with that there are Apps that will deliver to the property but come at a high cost (it's Bermuda ultimately!). Thomasina, the host, was great and made us feel welcome. I would have no issue with recommending this place to stay overall as it was clean, comfortable and good value for money, although it may be worth hiring an electric vehicle if you have mobility issues.

Perfect stay in idyllic Bermuda

Thomasina was a great host. The house was clean, homely and well equipped. We managed without a car and used the close by rail trail and buses to get around. Bermuda was one of the best places we have visited and we would love to return. When we do, we will choose to stay here again.

The property was perfect for us two couples for our 5 night stay. The host, Thomasina, is wonderful and will assist with any and all help you need. She was kind enough to set up our transportation to and from the airport and also assisted with the best places to dine and venture out to. We would definitely return to this property should we ever go back to Bermuda. We rented scooters for our time there and this property location is close to lots of beaches and dining which made it convenient as we didn't have far to travel on the scooters. Horseshoe Bay Beach is less than 2 miles from the property, and Elbow Beach is even closer. All in all we had a great stay and Thomasina was a great host.

Nice & Quiet

It was our first time at Bermuda. If you wanted Cart Rental (no regular cars available at all in Bermuda), you needed to reserve 24 hours in advance. Electrical carts we got and it was very small. Please avoid the big hills, wheels do not have traction and not enough power to climb and do not be on eco when going up a hill. We almost rolled backward at the property. Taxi is the best way at this property if you do not want to stress driving around yourself. Place is located at a very quiet neighborhood. We have the unit (2 bed rooms 2 full bath) to ourselves. The place is very nicely kept and fully equipped. Thomasina (the hostess) was very easily to reach and responsive. There is a book of instructions and excursions/restaurants suggestions. We tried Hitch (taxi app), that work pretty well in our opinions.

Wonderful Long Weekend

Stayed for four nights. Cannot say enough about Thomasina’s great communication! Strongly recommend her setting up transportation from the airport. She/We used Mike Levon and he was an angel getting us everywhere we needed to go prior to renting E cars and after turning them in for a ride back to the airport! Nice large space, very well stocked, very clean!

Tennis

The property was located close to the Coral Beach Tennis Club which was perfect. The host was very responsive and resolved one issue with the water pump not coming back on after a power outage. Overall a great stay in Bermuda.

Host (Thomasima) was great! We rely on public transportation and buses were not as reliable as they were in past years (this was our 9th trip to Bermuda). That being said, if you have rented mopeds or other transportation, then the area is ideal.
