2-bedroom cottage with King beds, Private Pool, Full kitchen and Ocean views

Heathcote Cottage is a lovely relaxing spot with views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.

The Living/Dining space has a large French door that opens to a patio and a couple of steps will give you access to the pool. Outdoor furniture is available for your pleasure.

The Pool has a shallow end at one side and a deeper end at the other side. Pool towels and pool toys are available for your use along with an outside shower.

The Full Kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, stove and microwave. In addition, cooking utensils, dinnerware, cutlery, etc. are available for your use.

A Keurig machine and teapot is available for morning coffee and/or tea.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a large French door with views of Bermuda’s Great Sound. There is a small patio where you can sit and sip your morning coffee.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and each bedroom has areas for clothes storage.

There is one bathroom with a deep tub and shower.

There is a large flat screen TV, with cable service. WIFI is also available.

Heat and A/C – There are dual systems in the cottage bedrooms and one servicing the kitchen and living space. In addition, there are ceiling fans in the same areas. Due to increasing electricity costs on our small island, we ask that you only run the AC when you are in the cottage and turn off all units when you leave the house.

Security – We have security cameras on all sides of the property, however, please lock all doors when you retire for the night or leave the property.

There is a pool house annexed to the pool which can be available for an additional fee. The pool house includes an additional bathroom equipped with a shower, fridge and a bed.

Guest access

Arrival - Please forward your flight information so that we can better prepare for your stay. The cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of your reservation. If you require an earlier check-in, let us know in advance and we will make every effort to make the cottage available.

We will send you detailed directions from the airport along with check-in instructions.

Departure - You will require at least one hour driving time to get to the airport and you should be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight. We kindly ask that the Cottage be made available by 11:00am so that we can begin to clean and prepare the cottage for our next arriving guests. If you require a later checkout due to travel arrangements, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

10 min walk to a Railway Trail leading to Somerset Bridge (the smallest drawbridge in the world) - the scenery is breathtaking.

5 min drive to the grocery store.

10 min drive from Dockyard which includes restaurants, museums, mini golf shopping mall and fine artisan crafts and other attractions.

7 min drive from the Port Royal Golf Course, which hosted the PGA Grand Slam of Golf for several years.

4 min drive from Robinsons Marina for Somerset Bridge Water Sports.
