Bluewater. . .And that is what you will see from the private Gulf front balcony. This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath NON-SMOKING condo located on the third floor will surround you in luxury with many extras, such as full size washer and dryer, Smart TV's in every bedroom; Living Room has a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV, DVD-Blue Ray player. The Kitchen is completely equipped with everything you will need and then some.

If the Beach becomes too much, you can cool off in our Outdoor or Indoor pools. Stressed?. . . Relax in our HOT TUB. For those who like a workout, try our EXERCISE ROOM. We have it all . . . . Relax, you are at the Beach!

I also have 3 one bedroom condos and 1 two bedroom condo at Seacrest Condo in Gulf Shores. Great for families wanting to be in the same building but having their own space.

We had a wonderful time at the condo!!! It was very clean and updated. The beach was gorgeous!! We were close to many stores and restaurants. Lina was very easy to work with!!!

I believe this was the best overall condo that I have rented through VRBO. The location, the communication with the owner and the condo itself were perfect. The sleeping arrangement worked perfectly for our family. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Orange Beach.

Great Family Vacation!

Had 8 of us and couldn’t have been a better location on the beach. Excellent accommodations and the condo was supplied very well. Owner was more than gracious and helped with anything we needed.

Wonderful Condo

We really enjoyed staying here! It is a well taken care of condo with so much personal touches. The location is great. There is the top of a palm tree that slightly interrupts the balcony view but otherwise we’d definitely stay here again and again!

Bluewater 304 Orange Beach

Had a great time staying at Bluewater. The property is in an excellent location, close to great dining spots & activities for kids. The condo was the perfect size for our family, has a big deck overlooking the pool & terrific views of the Gulf. Short walk to the beach. Lola, our host was awesome. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

So nice, we've done it twice!

After an awesome time last year, we decided to use this property again. Everything you need ... beach toys, pools, BBQ grills on site, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room on the balcony for sunsets, sunrises, and kicking back to see the dolphins swim by. Was the perfect size for a family of 5 plus Grandma and Grandpa. Would do this again.

Just what we needed

This condo was just the right fit for Grandma, Grandpa and daughter's family of 5. Good size balcony overlooks the ocean which we enjoyed every morning and night, and even saw dolphins swim by a few mornings. Beach access was easy, and it was great having the amenities. The bedroom situation worked great, the living room was roomy, and the kitchen had everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!!!

My family just returned from a week at Bluewater #304, and I wish we were still there! The condo was exactly as shown, maybe even nicer in person. We were pleasantly surprised by how big the balcony was. We were able to eat several meals outside and enjoy our morning coffee watching the dolphins swim by. The view is amazing! The location of the condo was excellent also, with plenty of activities for all ages in the area. It also seemed like the beach in front of this building was less crowded than other areas on the beach - which was great! Our family was 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 11. There was plenty of room in the condo for all 6 of us to coexist comfortably :-) One thing that really impressed me with this unit compared to other VRBO properties I've stayed at in the past, was how well-supplied it was upon arrival. There were plenty of paper products, beach toys, beach chairs, laundry supplies and even some condiments. Any pot/pan/utensil/small appliance you could think of was provided. We had a blast in Orange Beach and hope to return again. If we do, we will definitely stay in this condo.

Gorgeous views

My family and I greatly enjoyed this condo. Location was great. Grounds and the condo were perfect. We would look to stay here again. Lola provided a lot of extras in the Condo, it was very clean and furnishings were nice. Loved the size of the balcony for morning coffee!!

Good place to stay

Everything was great. Bathroom sink wasn’t draining at arrival. There are 2 trees that block some of your view of the ocean. Other than that great place to stay. Closet was full of toys, chairs, etc. everything you need for the beach.

Great for family

We stayed here with our 3 grand children- was perfect for us. View was great- lots of beach accessories- only negative thing and not really negative was the Wi-Fi kept losing connection/signal when watching Netflix but hey we weren’t there for that! But our teenager and kiddos needed it from time to time.

Great location!

I stayed in this condo with my children, and grandchildren. The location is excellent. The beds were all super comfy. The balcony is very spacious with a great view! The closet off the balcony had all the fun toys for the kids we also added some extras to it for future guests. The kitchen had anything, and everything you could need. The only thing that was a negative was the floors were sandy when we checked in, and the bathrooms were a little yucky. But other than that it was an A+ stay, and we would book again for sure. Lola was a little snappy when I tried to get in touch about check in. I booked this condo in January for June, so I had misplaced my check on info. I don’t think she was happy about that 🤷🏻‍♀️ It happens when that much time has passed on between booking. She was nice, and resent it. We s enjoyed our stay.

Nice location

This condo fit our family perfectly. Enough beds for all of us. Nice long balcony. The outdoor closet had everything we needed for the beach. That was a nice touch. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. It was nice to have a slow cooker and blender as well. Full size washer/dryer. If you forget to bring your own laundry supplies, it's easy to get some while there. If you use the blankets you have to wash them - good thing I bought laundry soap. That's my only complaint (washing blankets). Dish soap was provided, but not dishwasher soap. The Publix grocery store is close and you can also walk to the Dollar General across the street! Overall, this was an excellent condo for us. Lola was quick to respond to any of my texts. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay! 🌴

My husband, son, and I stayed in 304 for 1 week. Our stay was perfect! The condo was very clean, had all the kitchen essentials, and had the perfect mix of privacy and beautiful views on the balcony. I would definitely stay there again. Lola was very involved in making sure we were comfortable.
